I called and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I could not even get a quote or any info without sending an email which I did. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me!
