Do not trust this company with your important events. I booked a large swamp cooler for an outdoor baby shower during a record-breaking heatwave, and they completely dropped the ball. Zero Communication: I had to initiate every single interaction. I had to chase them down for my initial invoice, text them when they missed the delivery window, and follow up again the next day just to ask for my refund. No-Show Delivery: My delivery window was 9 AM - 12 PM. At noon, I finally texted them to ask where it was. Only then did Jessie tell me their equipment was broken and they couldn't deliver until 4 PM (right when the shower was ending). Unprofessional: They knew their equipment was failing but never gave me a heads-up, leaving us stranded in the heat with no time to make a backup plan. They offered a $200 credit for the hassle, but I declined. Their prices might be the best in the valley, but the complete lack of reliability and communication is not worth the stress. Just rented from Party Rentals AZ for our daughter's graduation party and we could not have been happier! The service provided by Jesse and the rest of the staff who delivered and picked up the canopy, tables and chairs was top rate. Because we were out when every thing was delivered, the set up crew took time to send photos to make sure it was in the right location in our backyard and then send more photos of the finished layout to assure we were happy. Save yourself the trouble. If you actually want to have the items for your event either buy them yourself or use another company. These people are unprofessional as they come. They tried to deliver on the wrong day then evaded calls on the day they were supposed to deliver. We were understandably upset when they did finally arrive 45 min prior to the start of our event. They felt that our anger was unjustified, wanted to take their stuff and leave so the police were called. It ended up that they took their stuff and left, we were able to calm down and enjoy our party sans tables and chairs. Also, no charges were filed by the police officer. I thought I was going to have to beg to arrange something short notice. But to my surprise, she was available. Did I mention this was a Sunday morning ? She did everything that she said she would. I used them yesterday for my son's birthday and honestly communication wasn't the best but they were extremely reliable we had a bounce house and tables for a very good price and I had to to cancel the cotton candy machine last minute due to money issues and they were very understanding they came on time and I was supposed to supply the generator and last minute my generator broke but they had back up extension cords so I didn't have to pay for a generator they were awesome sweet guys to even made sure the bounce house was clean before the kids got near it I would definitely use them again and probably will soon for my baby shower. Really satisfied with their business. Here's why: I was helping my friend out by connecting her with a rental place, but the plans fell thru the day before and it was 5pm already.... I started looking online, called a couple of places & no answer. I found their site, looked around and saw the prices were reasonable. I called and made arrangements for 6 tables & 40 chairs to be delivered by 1pm the next day!!!! (Very short notice...) THEN, we needed to add a canopy, so on ANOTHER short notice (11am), I called and made the special request to add the canopy. Jesse obliged and brought and set up everything on time, given my 2 late notices (shame on me, I know). So, our customer experience was great! On top of them meeting our requirements and deadlines, they kept in touch for delivery and pickup. The process felt easy, stressfree, and seamless. We will use again! read more

Where do I start... They told me they would deliver our tables, chairs and bouncer any time from 1pm to 3pm to my event that started at 4pm. 50 minutes past 3pm they arrived and with some guests already there and no tables for food setup, how embarrassing. I ordered (4) 6 ft tables and (2) 8ft tables. Instead they brought (6) 6 ft tables. They offered the wrong tables for free but this did not fox my issue. They said it would take another 2 hrs if I wanted them to go back and get the right ones. Being that they were already late i said forget it. I kept the equipment over night and was told that they would come pick up no later than 10:30am the following day. Hour by hour passed and no show. We finally decided the leave our house to start our day at 12:45pm. Jesse told us the leave the tables and chairs outside and we left the side gate unlocked for him to get the bouncer. As we were eating our lunch we got a call saying that they were missing two white chairs. Funny, because I certainly did not order white chairs. He insisted that we had them and somebody was in the house because he heard a baby crying. How dare he have the audacity to accuse us of trying to keep the chairs and we were avoiding him. We told him that when we get home we would will double check for them. Got home, checked just to make sure, and sure enough no chairs. We texted him and told him and he kept insisting that we have his damn chairs. So I called him up and a lady answered. Needed 55 chairs, 6 long tables, table linen and napkins in less than two weeks. My preference was a one stop shop. Called around for quotes and availability. I found the best price and ease of business with Jesse and his team. Items were delivered on time. All the chairs and tables were wiped down upon delivery. Linens were in perfect condition. They even included a few extra napkins for our use. Pick up was a tad later than initial agreement, but contact was initiated by Jesse prior to time and it all worked out fine. I had a confirmed order for 4 children's tables and 17chairs plus balloon blow up. First they delivered on the wrong weekend, so I called to confirm again 2 days before the event. They were supposed to deliver by 9am for an 11am party. After I had called 5 times trying to get a hold of someone, I called the delivery truck that tried to deliver the week before. Finally someone called me back, no apologies, said they were trying to load the truck. They showed up at 10:15am in a small pickup truck (Obviously they had forgotten to load my rentals on their regular truck) The delivery woman was unprofessional and nasty and when I questioned why she was so late, she told me I could not talk to her like that and took the tables and chairs and I never got them. When I tried to contact the owner, I could not get a hold of him. This was the worst experience EVER. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have filed complaints with the better business bureau. So, at 9am, I had to leave to run a few errands. They come to deliver the equipment shortly after I leave. My daughter was there decorating so she let them make the delivery and then they demanded their money. I thought they were only delivering a portion and I would pay cash to the others guys when everything was delivered. No she demanded money on the spot which was one of my errands to get cash to pay them. So, I get called while getting my hair cut to argue over the phone on how to get them their money. This was the worst company I ever had to deal with. They were 1.5 hrs late and wanted to be paid for the full amount for a bouncer some tables and chairs. We told them they we didn't want their service and they ended up charging us a cancellation fee of 65.00. They really ruined my 8 yr olds birthday.
