They showed up early in the day to set up which gave us ample time to get other things done before the party. The set up was very quick maybe 20 minutes .... The employees were very professional, polite & explained everything that was necessary to use the Cotton candy machine & Unicorn combo bounce house with waterslide. The kids loved everything & the party was amazing. Everything we rented was a big hit. They showed up an hour 1/2 after I requested to break everything down which was great because the party ran later than expected! Its like they knew to give the host a little more time (just in case). I had no clue they were even there at the end of the night because my husband let them in, They cleaned up & left the house in a flash. This was my third time renting a bounce house. Once again, everything was great, from the time I ordered it, to the time they picked it up. The guys are always friendly and helpful. They are top notch as far as communication is concerned. I had a day and time window the day before and then the guys who were coming called to let me know they were 30 minutes away. Most other places force you to call to check prices and availability. But after using them one time I don't even bother checking other sites. I used this company for my daughters 3rd birthday party. I rented their slide. They had the best prices out of all I looked into. I also kept having to push the party because of the bad weather we kept having. They were so patient with me, and so kind, and communicated back with all the phone calls/emails I sent them regarding the party lol. They were on time, set up quick, and my guest and I couldn't believe how clean the slide was as well (very important nowadays). The kids had such a blast. My sister in law already booked them for my nephews birthday in a few months. I will definitely be using them again in the future. This is my second time renting with Party Rentals R Us. They're consistently professional, friendly, helpful and responsive! The online booking is super convenient, however if you need to speak with a representative, they are easy to reach via phone. They called to confirm everything the day before the party and the delivery guys were great in helping find the best way to set up the large bounce house / slide combo. Amazing service, super fun, simple to reserve. My daughter wanted something fun and different for her 13th birthday. We rented the giant dual water slide with the slip and slide attached and a dunk tank. Everything was set up for us. They were so helpful in directing and making sure everything was safe. The items were clean and AMAZING. The girls had a great time and are still talking about it days later. They were off their phones and running around having an absolute blast. I rented a water slide for my grandson's birthday. The website was easy to navigate, and the order process went smoothly. Everyone from Robin who called to confirm the order, and offered to add some notes for the drivers to make the drop off process easier (as we had a graduation going on the same day, so timing was tight) to the drivers/delivery crew couldn't have been nicer, or more accommodating! Party Rentals was great! It was easy putting the order through on the phone. I was a little concerned because I didn't see the tent in person but I needn't have worried. The was beautiful, the tables big and round easy for everyone to talk and see each other. The chairs were comfortable and sturdy. Everything looked pristine white and new!
