Terrible experience with this place. I rented tent, tables, chairs, linen, and portable potty. For a event at a relatives house. I waited 2 hours for tent setup after confirming on the same day. When tent was setup it was fifthly. Completely dirty inside out. When I complained I was told "yeah I thought about how dirty it was but sent it out anyway." Really what kind of business does that. I rented a portable potty that was delivered 2 days after tent and a week after event it has still not been picked up. Tent was picked up 5 hours after confirming pick up time. As for some kind of money back well I'm still waiting since they wanted to get tent back in store and inspect it REALLY!!!!!! read more

I had a great experience with Party Rentals. I needed a tent for an outdoor gathering following a funeral. They were super busy that weekend, but made it their priority to fit me in by coming early to set it up. Ann and Mark made it happen! Thank you! I highly recommend them. read more

WOW! Party Rentals Unlimited were fantastic to work with. My husband and I got married at Adams Estate on July 25th. We rented everything for our rehearsal dinner (I Do BBQ) and wedding through them. Megan was great to work with and helped me plan our dream wedding in less then 5 weeks! The tent, draping, and all other elegant touches were beautiful! Thank you! read more

As costume sizes in these types of stores are way off she suggested I stop by her store. She assured me she had lots of what I was looking for in sizes that would fit me. I'm a normal sized female but the costumes sold in plastic bags @ party stores are for an "average adult". Well maybe if you're a size 4/6. So I went by the store. She had kindly pulled all of the type of costume I was looking for and placed them on a rack. No way! The items were in poor condition and all closer to the size I found in the party store. I found one that fit but was so unattractive I was not interested. She was stuffed to the gills with costumes and I can only speak to what she showed me. The fringe was ragged, the costumes looked like they needed to be cleaned/dry cleaned and were not what I expected. In all fairness I've never rented a costume before and if this is indicative of the standard costume rental store l'll not rent any costume. Again the woman was kind and helpful but this is not for me.
