However when he came he was professional, worked fast, easy to communicate with, and mostly I trusted him since he delivered good work so I gave him the remodel job instead. The photos show it but exceptionally pleased with how it turned out. We did a half bathroom remodel from baseboards, flooring, level setting tiles, vanity, paint, mirror, fixtures, drywall, etc. Unlike a lot of traditional Orlando handy folks I've worked with, the best thing about Max is his responsiveness. He gets things done, he tells you his plan, updates you on the progress and tells you like it is. Some folks you hire, you'll have no idea what's going on and especially for someone who isn't local it's critical to see and trust what's going on. I called this guy 1/14/21 who's name is Brian Bowers 407-668-3675 and explained what i needed done…read more He agreed to call me the next day in the evening to meet at the rental property i needed the job done. I explained i needed to let me tenants know our of courtesy. He asked me to text him the address and details again, as i did. I waited all day for his call and then finally called him @ 4:15pm He said he couldn't come because his truck was broken and acted as if i was bothering him. I told him he could of at least called to let me know and that i would intending to make this posting/review as to how unprofessional he was. So now after i hung the phone up he calls back and left me a voicemail to tell me to not leave him a bad review that he has cancer and he lives with his parents and that he had a perfect record ,yada yada yada. Brian I would of been ok with you telling me from get go that you could not do the job, but instead you drug me on and agreed to meet. In Business you don't do this to the customer. A simple " No I can't do it " or " I have family issues " could of nippet this in the bud. You deserve to get a Bad Review if this is how you communicate. The customer is not always right but I will tell you the Customer is the one who pays the Bills. I hope this sends a message to others who may have wanted you to do their work. There is many many Handymen who are willing and able to do ANY Job without issues like this. Do not use the man for your Handyman needs, he is unreliable and then wants to call you back and give a sad story as to why he did what he did. Brian you did it to yourself and no one else. Try doing better next time Brian.
