I had a last minute balloon disaster at 4:55pm in preparation for my son's early morning 1st birthday cake smash the next day. A frantic call to the wonderful ladies there and they had me sorted, even going so far as to personally deliver my balloons to me. I can't thank them enough for going out of their way to help me and I don't know if they really understand just how much what they did meant to me. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

A query on 13 April confirmed the order had been placed, and paid for, but was still 'Awaiting Shipping'. Telephone calls either go unanswered or answered by a response that the matter would be investigated and they will come back to us. Still waiting! Pity as sites like this one tends to give legitimate businesses a bad name and tend to be wary of ordering online again.
