The lack of professionalism with this business is embarrassing and does not even deserve 1 star. If I could give no stars, I would. We recently rented party rentals from here noting that their pricing was some of the best in the area and couldn't be matched. First of all, the store itself is cluttered, disorganized and downright messy. All of the displays are stacked on top of each other, and it's very difficult to see what rentals they even offer. When booking our event almost 2 months in advance, we had to wait approx 45 min for the appropriate staff to take our order. Apparently the lady that was there was not able to give accurate pricing for rentals we needed so we waited patiently. We made our order with Sonya and at first, despite the messy appearance of the store, we continued and everything was fine. When we set up the delivery I asked if our delivery could be delivered the night BEFORE the event as I needed it to set up. The store owner Sonia verbalized understanding and said there was no problem. Several weeks later I called the shop to stop by and add materials to our rental and possible rent out one of the pieces for a day. I called numerous times at different times and never got a response so I decided to stop by the store during business hours. That was a complete fail as the store was closed each and every single time. Highly unreliable store hours. Eventually I was able to get in contact with someone and rent out that one piece for the day and again everything was fine and even my interaction with the store owners niece was very pleasant. Flash forward to the day before the event when rentals were to be delivered. It was 10pm and not all the the rental items were delivered yet. In fact the items kept trickling in approx 1 hr apart. For example, we ordered 13 centerpieces and a 7 piece letter candy table with plexiglass top and only and only 8 centerpieces and the letters were delivered at a time. By 11pm we still had many key rentals not delivered. As per the owner Sonia, she kept saying that she would deliver the rest of the items once they were done being used at another event. My cousin, and myself reminded her several times that we needed these rentals for the night prior to which their response was "well your event isn't even until tomorrow so you'll get it tomorrow." Unfortunately after many unanswered phone calls to deliver the remaining pieces my cousin got into a nasty argument with the owners niece. Eventually at approx 12:30 am the owner and someone else arrived to bring some of the remaining rentals. AGAIN not all rentals were delivered but promised for the next day. The owner Sonia and I got into a verbal altercation after being questioned why all of the rentals still hadn't been delivered. She stated that she had a last minute event that was booked with the rentals needed and could not deliver the remaining pieces until the next day. We stated multiple times that our event was booked over a month in advance and that it was bad business to double book an event when we needed those rentals first. The owner physically pushed me and one of the people had to move her away. To describe the level of anger and frustration felt by all of us at that point is impossible. The next day (actual day of event) the remaining items were delivered but they were damaged, dirty and not how they looked when we booked it several weeks prior. For example, we had ordered drapery and the drapes provided were first off not what we ordered, mismatched (two different styles and colors) they were dirty, and RIPPED with visible holes in them making them completely unusable. Imagine the frustration and fury of having to decorate for a paid event and not having the materials needed. The table top for the letter dessert table was scratched, scuffed and stained. Not to mention it was not the right table top to begin with as it wasn't long enough and did not span the entire length of the letters and it was supposed to. The cake stands also had residual cake frosting on them and were sticky. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. I repeat DO NOT. They are trashy, unprofessional, rude, disorganized and untrustworthy. I hope these people get shut down. PS. During one of my trips there while waiting on the owner, I noticed another customer had arrived for Items that were not ready and ended up getting his money back as a result.
