Eventually after a month of trying to get a menu together, the gentleman in charge gave us some attitude about us trying to confirm in a timely manner since the party was coming up. After all this, we decided not to move forward with them. Found a better caterer for the exact same menu and half the price. All my appetizers came beautifully plated with hand written tags on each cheese item. The tray covers were wrapped with coordinated ribbon to go with the color scheme of the wedding. The flat bread veggie pizzas were to die for! Everything was spot on and delicious. Our guests really enjoyed everything. Kevin made sure that we had plenty of food to feed our small Covid wedding of 60 people. No one left hungry that's for sure! And there were no left overs sorry to say but is a good thing. Kevin's staff delivery was super friendly and the set up was a breeze considering how Hot it was outside 85 ! Kevin made sure that he had cold bags for the food with ice packs in each bag so all the foods were kept cold as we only served cold appetizers at the wedding. We waited 12-15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order; we ordered our meals at the same time. The drinks came promptly. The food did not. 35 minutes went by. Parties came in, ate and left and still no food served. When I inquired the waitress said the kitchen made an error and it was not her fault. I said our choice is to leave if food cannot be served. (We saw other parties get the same food we ordered so it was not a shortage or lack of chef.) As we were leaving without eating, the head waitress asked what was happening - voila the food was ready, not totally correct or hot but it was served. Our waitress was attentive after we got our food and she brought our bill quickly. What went wrong: (1) We waited to order even as other customers arrived and their order taken ell before ours. (2) Our waitress did not check on us for 30 minutes. (3) Our food arrived at the table 40 minutes after being ordered. (4) The waitress did not take ownership of the problem. She deflected, made no attempts to correct, and needed the head waitress to step in. (5) Common condiments (butter for vegetables, sour cream for quesadillas) were not served. What went right: (1) Drinks arrived quickly. (2) Take out box arrived in a timely fashion (3) Our bill was delivered and processed quickly. We have options. It is unlikely we will be back. Everything we found interesting on the menu is no longer available.

A lot of other people brought homemade dishes but they were practically untouched and every dish Speary's Catering made was cleaned out. The food was incredible and so was the communication.
