Once we confirmed a date and time, we notice communication was a huge issue with this caterer. It would take over a week to get a menu confirmation back and then with changes to the menu, another week etc. The same excuse every time, "too busy" or "running to an event". Eventually after a month of trying to get a menu together, the gentleman in charge gave us some attitude about us trying to confirm in a timely manner since the party was coming up. After all this, we decided not to move forward with them. Found a better caterer for the exact same menu and half the price. All my appetizers came beautifully plated with hand written tags on each cheese item. The tray covers were wrapped with coordinated ribbon to go with the color scheme of the wedding. Kevin made sure that we had plenty of food to feed our small Covid wedding of 60 people. No one left hungry that's for sure! And there were no left overs sorry to say but is a good thing.
