I'm not really sure if anyone…read morewould really RECOMMEND it, but it's kind of a necessary chore sometimes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ My visit was a one of those necessary chores. We were having an issue with putting our son on our taxes, and thankfully we finally got it sent in because I made an appointment on February 22nd, but the soonest appointment was APRIL 20TH! Two months later, and 5 days after the tax cutoff day. Even though we got our taxes done, I still needed to fix the problem. I was dreading the appointment because I didn't want to spend half the day waiting to speak to someone... but thankfully my mom is a gem who was willing to babysit so at least I didn't have to bring an unwilling toddler with me. Others weren't so fortunate. There were several children who were not happy to be there, but their mom's were champs and over all, it was pretty tame in there. My appointment was at 10 AM. There weren't very many people in the waiting area when I got there even though the parking lot was mostly full and there were a few people standing outside in a line. It turns out they were just signing in with the posted QR codes. I scanned the QR code, went inside, and checked in on my phone. Then I needed to scan my phone at a kiosk to get a receipt with a code. I sat down and was relieved that there were maybe 15 people total waiting. After 5ish minutes a lady asked if anyone had an appointment. Me and one other man raised our hands. She sent us both to a window and I was extremely happy that I was going to be in and out in a jif... so I thought. I told the lady what was going on with my son's social and what I needed to do and she literally told me that she wasn't good at that so I'd need someone else to help me. Umm... 'scuse me? Well okay then... So she tells me that I need to fill out a form for the next person. I explained that I already filled it out online and she said that they would need it on paper as well, so go ahead and fill it out again. Again... what? Okay, sure. I sat, filled out the form, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. After waiting an hour, nobody was at her window so I asked her if I was sent back to the back of the line. At this point the place was filling up, so waiting was becoming a bit less pleasant. She said that I was sent to the back of the line because I didn't have an appointment. I informed her that I DID have an appointment. At 10... She looked me up and looked my son up, saw that I had an appointment, and said that someone would be with me in a few minutes. I sat back down and was called in less than 5 minutes. The man that helped me was pleasant and kind. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes from the time I sat down with him. This tells me that I could've gotten out of there by 10:30 had there not been confusion with the first lady. Could've been a five star experience. I will forever make an appointment though... unless I can't wait 2 months for assistance.

As someone who moved here from Houston and had to wait 5+ hours for police, I must first acknowledge their impressive response time... they are always here in less than 10 mins, BRAVO!!! Secondly, they are always professional and thorough in their investigations, and lastly, they actually solve cases. Most of my residents' vehicles have been recovered. We can't help the amount of crime in the area, but we can sure give credit where credit is due. Thank you Pasadena PD for your hard work, your dedication does not go unnoticed.

He initially told me he would have someone come out and look at the medical waste before it could be cleaned up. He contacted me after his waste specialist came out and deemed the medical waste safe for the Harris County Flood Control to clean. It is now January 31, 2014 and the medical waste is still in the same place. During every rain storm the medical waste is slowly being washed into Garners Bayou which will eventually end up in the Gulf of Mexico. Our tax dollars are wasted everyday by the Harris County Flood Control District. I have video and photos of the disgusting mess, and will continue to document it as evidence against them.

I'm not sure. Customer service good for the most part. There's always the same man there who never really smiles so you might think he's rude, but he's actually really helpful and he's nice. He's just there to do his job. On the downside, it's frequently hot in there which is not enjoyable when you're waiting in a usually long line and it's not where you want to be anyways. It's sometimes hard to understand which envelope or box to use and which things you have to fill out, and why is it that there are multiple chains on the counter where pens SHOULD be, but literally only ONE pen? My advice... don't go during lunch time or on Saturdays.
