I called and left 3-4 messages for them to call me and I left my phone number as well. I called again everyday for about 4 days no one answered until the 4th day. I asked them why haven't they returned my phone calls. I was told the agency changed hands, sold to someone else. I did not know insurance companies, reputable ones could just do that and not inform their customer and go up $400+ on their rates. I will report to the Texas Insurance office, I'm not a stranger there and not afraid to retire these shabby agencies. Are there any insurance companies that are not damn crooks. Linda Sexton told him that we planned to make many claims and advise him against insuring us and they did not cancel our travelers insurance. We ended up on the phone for hours trying to cancel this service because they did not cancel it. Beware they are deceitful and liars and I have the bills and emails and everything to prove it.
