I have had the great luck of working with Elaine Maher at Rafail Insurance. I have to confess the first time I called on the phone, it was because I absolutely needed to speak with someone to get my question answered, but I was dreading it a bit, normally preferring to use an automated and super efficient online process for most things. Elaine was great- in 10 minutes she got me a renters quote on the phone, and within 20 min I had it back on my email and all set up! Never mind this is only a $25 policy- the service I got was outstanding. Insuring my car a few weeks later was just as easy: it was faster for me to call her than to log in and select the e-options. It gets better- I have now emailed Elaine on 2 separate occasions to ask about details about my policy. Rather than turning me away to the website- or referring me to my pdf copy of the insurance policy, she has taken the time to kindly answer my questions...within the hour of me posting them!! The service I have gotten from Elaine at Rafail insurance has been always fast and super friendly. Really, this is the first time I feel so well taken care of by my insurance company! It sounds simple but I know it was not, because there was some incorrect info in the policy, so logically the refund would have been sent to the wrong person if processed normally.
