Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. My complaint with these guys is not their product, it's their very poor customer care. After they got my deposit I was pretty much ignored by Jesus and the office. After the blinds were installed I wanted to add 2 motors to my blinds and wanted an additional blind for our office. I emailed Barry and Jesus and have gotten crickets. I also called their 888 number and spoke with Javier, who told me to contact Jesus. When I told him Jesus and Barry have been unresponsive he said he would have someone call me back. ... guess I'll see if anyone does????? ‍
