We just had roller shades installed last week. Allof our sliding glass doors &kitchen doors. From the start we worked with Yolanda,she came to our home to consult on what we needed. She was on time,professional & understood exactly what we wanted. She brought all of her product lines for what we needed. plenty of optons to choose from & guided us through them all. She then had her installers come out to measure, they knew exactly what to do, leaving us confident they would do a great job. The shades (all 9 of them) arrived just in time as we expected- installers arrived on time & did a great job installing faster than i expected! They installed super clean.. there was a concern because our floors arent even with our cieling. They let me know what they were planning on doing BEFORE doing it to remedy, i trusted them & they attached brackets just right so all shades hang evenly. Excellent work, we are really happy. Our first encounter with A1 Custom Draperies was two years ago when we needed new sheers for our bedroom. Yolanda came to our house, bringing samples of hundreds of fabrics. After finishing a big remodeling job, we were ready for new curtains and window shades, but were a bit lost on where to go. Yolanda from A1 was the perfect person to help us out. It was blind faith I found A-1 Custom Draperies and after meeting with Yolanda I knew it was going to be okay. I had been shopping for drapes for my newly redecorated rooms and I met with a couple others before A1 but they were trying to sell me standard looking window treatments. Then I called Yolanda and she came out to meet and measure and brought some samples. We sat and discussed our rooms then I went to her shop to look at more material and rods. Prices were very reasonable I gave her a deposit and within four weeks the installers were at our house completing our job. The whole way through Yolanda kept me informed of our progress and her installers were super great. I could not say enough about A1 and Yolanda and would definitely work with her again. I also had A1 recover our dining room seats and they came out beautiful and she even had them done in time for a party which was only a couple of weeks out.
