Again here we are with the work that they did on our bathroom tub and faucet. It has started to leak, just when we had just gotten over with being exhausted with paschals first round of incompetenc, here we go again. Service person who came out this time wouldn't cap the leak that he admitted was caused the first time because he couldn't get in touch with his supervisor or apparently anyone else's supervisor. At least he tried per usual, paschals management is mia. Now we wait until they give us a call or it's time for our consultation with an attorney. horrid company. I had them come out to look at a leak in my laundry room.Turned out to be my new washing machine was leaking .They cut a hole in the drywall- behind the washing machine and also behind my water heater in my garage. So now I have to pay somebody to get that drywall replaced/repaired. I thought they were a great company that day becausethey spent 2 hours looking for the leak. So I went on there, monthly service contract for $34.99 a month. First guy came out to look at my hvac system. He said, I needed a new Hvac system within the first 30 seconds that he was here. I said really? Why is that? He said it's old. I said "I just had that whole thing redone/ upgraded last year, when I bought a new air conditioning unit, there's nothing wrong with my hvac system at all. It works beautifully, but he was adamant that the whole thing needed to be replaced. So that raised an eyebrow. ( btw you have to purchase your own filters that they replace) My last co replaced/ provided the filters free with the service contract. So then I had the plumber come out on a different day to look at my water heater. Same guy that cut the holes in my drywall. He said he could not drain it, he could not service it. He could not do anything. It just needed to be replaced right away before it "blows up". He said, I only had about a foot of water in there. And the rest was calcium deposit and lime scale . So he put a lot of fear in me. I said, okay, let's replace it. They put me on the books. They gave me a price. The price was gonna be $2180 for it to be replaced. I said, okay, let's do it. They put it on the books for next month. Later that day, I got a text saying, hey, if you get it done this week. We'll take $600 off. I didn't have the money until next month. Why would they send me a text saying? They'll take $600 off after I've already made the appointment and agreed to the price. That really bothered me!!! Also,they could not tell me anything about the NEW water heater. They could not tell me what type it was, hew it would energy efficient, how it was a good value? They knew nothing about this NEW water heater that they were going to put in. They never called me back about the water heater or answered any questions at all. The gal said "I will call you back in 1/2 hour to go over it with you ok"? All they did was send me a text saying, they would take $600 off. If I replaced THIS week, I canceled right away. I also canceled my monthly $34.99 with them. The gal said "ok your removed, you won't get billed for the monthly service fee anymore. I'm still getting billed!!!!! They billed me last month, November 20th, and this month, December 20th, and Ive called them twice now, and a follow-up text.To get that service ended. When I texted them and said, "hey, stop charging me $34.99. I didn't use you.I used another company who did an outstanding job!" ( WHITE PLUMBING is amazing btw) they said, well, you have to talk to somebody to get it canceled.I said," I have twice"!! I'm going to go to the better business bureau.I'm going to go to my bank and get this monthly thing disputed. Paschal is very pushy.They don't know what they're doing. Theres too many people NOT doing there job. I don't appreciate somebody putting the fear in me that my water heater is gonna blow up if I don't get it replaced right away!! ZERO STARS! I was charged $396 to installr a $16 part. Plus it wasn't even the correct part, it was one he had on his truck, that did work, but I'm wondering for how long. The tech led me to believe the part's cost was that much before the work was done, while his boss told me that I signed an agreement ahead of repair (which I didnt) and that cost was for the tech's troubleshooting and part. Shame on me I guess, for not knowing what the part cost actually was and for trusting the tech and refusing the work being done! We had some upgrades installed on our HVAC system and a day later it was having issues, we called the office and they said that they would send us a technician to check it out, the next day Michael, was here to troubleshoot the complete system, he spotted a couple issues and immediately addressed the issue, Michael was very professional and knowledgeable about the system, he explained what he was going to do to fix the problem, he picked up the part he needed from the warehouse and was back out first thing the next morning to finish the job. I miss Lyerla. Excellent and prompt service before Paschal purchased. Now I have to lose 1/2 day pay with their window and that is assuming they will show up. Today was my second attempt to having my furnace repaired/replaced. First attempt they failed to tell me I was last call which means they can show up at 7pm. I had appointments and would have to cancel. I discovered this AFTER I called to find out when they were arriving. I am self employed and have to cancel clients. I rescheduled for first call this morning. Arranged my schedule to leave an additional hour free just in case. Within a half hour of the window I called. I was told an error in scheduling and their first call went to someone else. They would be here within an hour. An hour later, I received a text saying "I was still on schedule" and they'd let me know. No, not the first time for me but others as well. A friend who transitioned from Lyerla as well, has had to have three rescheduled appointments. Like me, they had to call to find out service was not coming or would be far later. Like me, they had taken time off for work. Please note, I have their monthly service plan. They are clueless. Not to mention, every call I have to listen to sales pitches for items. Don't let them do an underground service line from your meter to your house unless you want them to leave your yard with nothing but rocks and deep ruts. When I asked if that's normal, they said yes. I was pretty surprised they were serious. Anyway, It's been several months and when I think I have all the rocks picked up, BAM, I send a rock flying to an undisclosed location and I have to resharpen my mower blades. There's plenty more I can say but I'll leave it at that. I wanted to give a 2/5 but the crews were nice and I got water hooked up in one day. The rest of the repair/install was a disaster. read more

I had to call them 3 times to redo a job. The first recall was the very next day. The same procedure was redone as the first day. They had to use a camera and snaked my system. The third call was 33 days later. This company wanted to charge me over $450. 00 to recheck the problem. They only give a 30-day return policy. I was 3 days late in calling for that frree window. BUT, the secretary said there would be no charge for a return 3rd visit. Due to the problem being the something. When the technician arrived, he said it would cost us the full amount again. Not what I was told on the phone. I will never use this company again. Nor will I give them a good rating. In between this, another company came out to give us an estimate and had to resnake it just to rerun his camera. Said that pascal did a shottie snake job. My husband has seen. The camera redo shows the clogs, roots, and freshly broken pipe left behind by Pascal. Never again Pascal. We have not been sending any paper what so ever down the toilet for 39 days now. STAY AWAY! I purchased the top of the line variable speed Trane VI20, complete heat pump system from Paschal. I've had it now for 2 years and have had them maintain it spring and fall. First off the install was a nightmare and still hard for me to look at, since I'm a project engineer by trade. They literally leveled a plastic base with rock and bricks and slapped the 15k unit on it. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, I was in a wheelchair Post motorcycle accident at the time and wasn't able to really see all the terrible work that I admittedly signed off on at that time. I also discovered the new blower inside was installed in a place that doesn't allow me to pull the filter out, so I have to fold the filters to install them! Then to top it off, when I pay them $100 to come out now 4 times, they always try to upsale me something. The latest includes surge protectors for $800, which should have been installed with the new system. Also, the tech likes to put their cell phone up inside the blower and show you dirt and mold to try and sell you a $1200 Halo UV light to kill mold. They can take a pic of it, but won't clean it! What am I paying the $100 for? Maintenance!! Customer service is terrible, no one calls you back when promised. I hate that I spent 15k so I wouldn't have to worry about a 25 year old unit, that was working fine, to now wishing I still had it! Do not support this company!!!! Paschal overcharged me! My electric heating system stopped working last week and I called Paschal in the Joplin area. A technician came and found out that the wire was burnt. He reconnected the wire and no parts were needed. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. The charge? $373! I don't think the charge is justified and I will not use Paschal again! read more

I have been a customer for 3 years but it will not be 4. I had them to come to check my system and get an estimate to replace it. We'll my estimate was close to 18 thousand. I had explained to the service person that this was a grant from the VA. He said thats cool . Well a week later after calling several times for the paperwork l was not only informed they didn't do third-party billing l now owed them for the visit. Great way to treat A Veteran . And if you get Mary hang up she told me numerous times she doesn't know. Good bye but seriously really think twice about using this company. So l am now back in the market for new HAVC person. Update; somewhat curious as we had the water heater installed, but no electrician available to connect it until 6 days later and we had to put in a call to get a confirmation rather than being notified. Paschal has bought a retiring business in Carthage, and they are seeking help of all kinds. Likely transition or pandemic hangover effect. Not an impact as the unit we bought is not being installed until then either, due to another issue, so not complaining just wish everything nowadays did not become such a muddle! They left us in the cold!!! We put a $17,000.00 unit in the house and paid with a cashier check about three months ago, so that we would have a good unit when winter hit. They forgot to endorse the back of the check so the bank kicked it back, Pascal tried to bill us again for it. My wife had to tell them our bank said they needed to indorse the back of the check We called them today and they put us on a list for no service at this address because we did not pay, but we did we have a copy of the cashiers check from our bank that it has been paid in full. Today the heating unit went down. They finally sent a good technician out, they don't have the part that broke and it could take two days or two weeks to get the part in. Now we are without heat and it is 5 degrees and cooling down to -1 tonight, they did not offer to get any other kind of heat source, and we may even have to pay for labor cost to put the part in? They won't give you an estimate over the phone for even a simple job, instead they charge a $80 service fee to come give you an estimate in person that is 4x what it should cost.
