Once you have a number, you can wait inside or in your car or even walk around outside because you get texted a link to see your place in line. This was really helpful because I had to bring my baby and I wasn't sure what her temperament was going to be like. We waited for about an hour and then my number was called up. I brought all necessary documents to change my address as well and I was in and out in 12 minutes. All in all, the experience from start to finish took about an hour and a half.
