Great practice with a great approach to healthcare. Doc will not push surgery without exploring all options prior.

I told them I was a cash patient. Simple and easy. No insurance to run, no bills to send. They placed me on hold and came back and told me that the "Financial Office" would call me back to discuss billing. I'm not sure why. I guess more cash patients would ultimately create a need for fewer office workers. Anyway, they never called back. I went to another doctor who took me in today.

Went to Jordan cause he was hooked in with Dr. Strobbe, have had trouble with nail fungus (severe)…read morehe prescribed a white cream, used it for 2 1/2 years. Had a appointment was there 15 minutes early and watch 2 other people go ahead of me, asked the lady,(she always took care of appointments) I asked why they went ahead of me , she just looked at me for a few seconds, I said I'm leaving, do you want me to reschedule you, I won'tbe back . Found another podiarst, told me that cream is for your skin not nails or fungus

This is an update from yesterday. I spoke with Cathy in the office. She has always been friendly…read morewith me. She explained everything in a professional manner to me and the finances are all worked out now. This is a great practice and I don't plan on changing anything. Thanks Cathy!! I hate to go from a 5 star rating to a 2 star rating. I still think Dr. Jordan is the best podiatrist around. The problem is this. At the beginning of each year you have to pay the yearly Medicare deductible. This year it is $109. I went in for my appointment and was informed of that. The only problem is I could only afford a little more than half of that which would be $60. They said I must pay $75. I thought paying $9 more than half of what I owe would be okay but they would not let me see the doctor. I'm in the process of paying a large amount of money to a dental office every month and I have to watch every penny. They don't seem to understand that. So I will wait till next month to see Dr Jordan. The woman who gave me the hard time and the attitude was Cindy F.

I went to this doctor about 7 years ago. He actually wanted to do his job back then. So when I…read moreinjured my foot a year and a half ago, I didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment. I had gone to the emergency room the prior evening and was told to follow up with a podiatrist. He came in briefly and told his office staff to take an x-ray of the side of my foot. The injured area were of my toes. He sold me an overpriced brace that cost over three times what it cost online. It did not support the injured part of my foot. Thankfully, my foot healed in its own. I figured that maybe he had a bad day and because his office is so close to my home, I decided to give him another chance when an issue with my foot came up a couple of months ago. I went in, almost unable to walk on my foot. Because my last visit with them was just a year and a half ago, they said my visit was considered a new patient visit. The office staff took my information, and the doctor rushed in again. He pressed on the side of my foot and asked if it hurt. Since it didn't hurt in that area and until I showed him which area caused extreme pain (enough pain to awaken me from a sound sleep), he said it was fine and again, sold me another brace - this time a blow-up one with a pump which does nothing except for carrying a higher cost. The brace itself did nothing to help, and I'll be finding a new podiatrist to schedule an appointment so that I may be properly treated. He seems to not care about patients who self-pay, even though I've readily paid him the hundreds of dollars that he charges for each visit. If you do decide to go to this doctor, bring your phone and compare the price of the brace or medicine that he will try to sell you with the price that a local or online retailer charges. And good luck.

Took my son to dr kales for an ingrown toenail. My son is 19 yrs old and has high functioning…read moreautism. I alerted the doctor of this and let him know to be very specific with my son as to the procedure. The minor surgery was completed and my son was scheduled for a recheck the next week. The 2nd week they dug into the same toe, "removing debris" they said. Then the 3rd appt then the 4th appt. After the 4th appt my son told them "yall better address my other toe on the 5th appointment or else im going somewhere else. Each appt they have collected a copay. When he went for his 5th appt they band him from the property because they claimed he threatened them when he said "or else". Yea! Or else he was going somewhere else!!!! Great bedside manner doc! Well guess what?! We will go somewhere else! Obviously this doctor is just grifting on copays. I've had my ingrown toenails removed and it was nothing like this horrible experience. I've seen people get their gall bladders removed that don't have 5 follow-ups. My son had NO complications and there was no reason for him to be mistreated like this. Stay away from this podiatrist because there's plenty of really good ones out there
