Additionally, after reflecting on it from a business perspective, I realized my original two-star rating was not fully fair -- this location is still new and less than a year into operations. It takes time to build the right team and culture, so I am adding another star for that understanding as well. He is genuinely committed to creating a positive experience for both parents and children, and he responds quickly when concerns arise.

Skyler had such a natural, confident way of reading the class and knowing exactly what to do to build his comfort level. She made it fun, she made it feel safe, and she made it something Logan genuinely looks forward to. My wife and I take turns attending with him, and no matter who shows up that day, we always leave feeling like it was time well spent. Watching him go from hesitant to happy and motivated in the water has been one of the coolest things to witness as a parent. Beyond the lessons themselves, the front desk staff deserves just as much recognition. Carson, Isha, and Gaby V. are warm and welcoming every single time we walk through the door. Program, since (by the grace of God) there was a spot open and our own school always has a wait list. The staff here are wonderful and they have excellent security/communication measures in place for our children. The weekly rate is so reasonable at $64 per week with childcare from 6:00a to 6:00pm which includes field trips! They have a set schedule and curriculum. We chose to enroll her because we have come to realize that structure is needed since school is out. With entering her in July, we are so grateful for this program and made such a wonderful decision for our sanity.
