Since Advanced has a life-time warranty on their window tint, I had my receipt from back then, took the car back to Advanced, and they replaced that rear window with new tint, AT NO COST!! Yikes. Then we embarked upon another well-meaning, yet dismal failure of a DIY adventure. The film was very old, brittle, and had no intention of coming off my windows. I found out about Sunny Bay when my neighbor across the street had his car windows tinted. The prices are competitive with other local shops, and you get the added benefit of convenience. For someone like myself, who's crippled, the added convenience is a major benefit. The process of working with Sunny Bay was straight forward, from the price schedule to customer interaction and everything in between. Richard was courteous, and professional. He warned me of potential issues related to the state of the tint being removed, and even so, he was successful in avoiding those issues. He even took the time to double check that I actually wanted effectively clear tint, but once I explained my logic he was happy to go with it. I was looking for clear tint as my car is white with some chrome accents, and dark tint would look out of place, to me. As well as better night time visibility, visibility into the vehicle, and being able to coat all glass panes including the windshield. Before I was injured I worked in a public facing technical role, and I was passionate about providing an outstanding experience for my customer.
