Advanced tinted my wife's car back in 2018 when it was brand new. They did a great job tinting all the windows! Just recently, we noticed that the rear window was starting to show bubbles, which made it hard for her to see out of at night. Since Advanced has a life-time warranty on their window tint, I had my receipt from back then, took the car back to Advanced, and they replaced that rear window with new tint, AT NO COST!! What an amazing window tinting business. I would rate Advance Film Solutions a 10 out of 10 for the amazing and professional job they did! So what I've learned in the past few years of the liberal socialist political crap that we've had to endure the last two years is if I can find somebody who actually has what I need they're charging three times as much for it anymore I used to be able to rely on this place I've done six or eight vehicles for Tint jobs with his place and never paid over 200 bucks well when I walked in there today as basically told to take it or leave it at $550 to get a two door car in Tint. The company was very efficient in filling their busy schedule. They immediately notified me on a cancellation and allowed me to bring my car in much earlier. The quality of the film and application was very good. After six months, the film still looks perfect. The staff was very responsive and friendly. I took my Land Rover Sport to Advanced Film solutions and had all four windows tinted as well as the windshield. I went with the Formula One Pinnacle Ceramic film. They did a great job and the car looks amazing. The tint has made a huge difference with sun glare and the interior is cooler. It was important to me to go with a reputable installer as well as the top of the line products. The value for the money was well worth it and it comes with a transferable warranty if I sell the vehicle. Advanced Film Solutions came up during my search for local Llumar Select Pro shops. I knew I wanted to use Llumar film for my Porsche since they make extremely high quality films. Called to 3 different area Llumar Select Pro shops and although Advanced Film Solutions was the furthest from me, I knew they were the right shop after speaking with Claudia. She went into great detail on the differences between the various ceramic films they offered, warranty, and pricing. She took the time to answer all my questions and set me up with an appointment a few days later. When I arrived to the shop, she showed me the various shades offered and they took the car in back to get started. They have a clean shop and a nice waiting room. A quick 1.5hrs later, my newly transformed car was pulled up front after having the side and rear windows tinted. The quality of work was perfect. The film was lined up right to the edge of the glass unlike some tint shops and the door panels were all clean & dry (some shops spray so much solution and don't wipe it all off). The first time the gentleman came out to give an estimate was a wonderful experience. He was very kind and professional, so we wanted to schedule a day where he would come back and apply tint to all of the upstairs windows and a few downstairs as well. With their schedule being fully booked out for the next month, we figured they would be worth the wait. A month goes by and the day that we had scheduled the appointment he had an early cancellation. So without notice, he showed up at the house 45 minutes early, rang the doorbell once and left (Security camera doorbell). Our appointment was set for 12 and I kept my daughter up from her nap so that he could take care of her room first. 1 o'clock comes around and he still hasn't shown. Then 1:30pm... I finally had to lay her down. Come to find out that he wasn't planning to come at 12 or any time after his surprise appearance at 11:15. Because he had a cancellation, he decided to move everyone's appointment to his convince and then cancelled the appointment when no one was home for his unscheduled visit. The company apologized and asked if we would like to reschedule but that they are booked another month out. Absolutely not! We found another company to go with. Having a lack of consideration for other's time, is disrespectful and the company's inability to make things right is a statement of their work ethic. I do not recommend. read more

Hiring Advanced Film Solutions to tint the windows in our apartment is one of the best decisions we have made! My husband and I knew our electric bills were going to increase when we moved from our 2nd floor apartment to the 4th floor, but I never imagined that we were going to pay an additional $100 per month! All of the windows in our apartment face the east so our apartment gets very hot in the afternoons. It was nearly impossible to watch our TV during sunrise and sunset because the sun was glaring so harshly through our blinds. Moving wasn't an option so we started to look for different solutions to our problem. Our apartment already has thick wooden blinds on the windows and I wasn't interested in purchasing unattractive window shades or blackout blinds that completely block out the sunlight. We considered purchasing peel & stick tinting panels, but we have used them in the past and knew they are time consuming to apply to the windows and they only block a minimal amount of sunlight. After a little bit of research we found out that TECO pays an incentive of up to $2 per square foot of east or west facing windows that are tinted with a window film with a minimum shading coefficiency of .40 or less. We contacted a few companies on Angie's List and Advanced Film Solutions was the first to respond. Their quote seemed reasonable and they were familiar with the TECO incentive so they were able to bring the necessary paperwork for us to file our credit. The process was quick and they did an amazing job tinting the windows. Our electric bills have dropped almost 20% since we had our windows tinted and we can now watch TV at any time of the day without dealing with the glaring sun. My husband paid about $1,000 for Advanced Film Solutions to tint ten windows in our apartment. We received almost $300 in our rebate from TECO and we are saving money on our electric bill each month so we think the tint will pay for itself in the next two years. read more

Just had my brand new 2015 Honda CR-V tinted to the tune of $533.93. They did a beautiful job on the tint (initial assessment... not dry yet)! But they put an 1" long scratch on the outside of the rear window... taking off an emblem I put there after buying the car two weeks ago. Looks like maybe a screwdriver was used to pry up the emblem or something. All they said was sorry.. and offered $20.00 dollars off the tint job. This is a two week old $32,000 dollar vehicle that now has a very noticeable scratch in the glass. They do nice tint.. but don't back up their mistakes... and don't make good on them! I had an appointment scheduled days in advanced, I even called the following day to confirm and discuss film options. The day of I arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and dropped off my keys for them to begin work. Over 30 minutes later I was informed that they wouldn't be able "to do it today" and that the owner would be calling to reschedule and discuss reduced fees due to the inconvenience, to my surprise no such call came. Do not hire this company, very unprofessional!!! The installer initially came to my house with only supplies to tint one vehicle. The job was for two vehicles and residential tint. The installer claimed there must have been a miscommunication with the corporate office and the sales rep. The installer arrived almost four hours late and only tinted the one vehicle. As a side not the installer mentioned the reason he was 4 hours late was because there was a discrepancy with the contract on the house he tinted earlier that day so he had to go back and finish that job properly. The tint that was completed on the one vehicle is already bubbling less than a week later. I had to call the company to ask when the installer would be back. You would think the company would be eager to reschedule the work, but not in this case. After calling and requesting to be rescheduled the company put me on the books for 10 days later (absolutely no sense of urgency). Then I received a text message from the sales rep the day before the second confirmed installation date stating the installer could not complete the work on the scheduled date so I would either need to call the corporate office to work out another date or the sales rep offered to give my the phone number to a different company. If that does not say run fast, I don't know what does. Save your time and money. read more
