I bought a 30 inch deck cub cadet riding mower from this family business because they actually care about their business and their customers! Went to a particular big box store, already knowing what to expect... price a cpl hundred dollars less ...but they are huge, and the employees might actually care perhaps if they got a commission...but at probably 15 bucks an hour, dealing with me, prepared to spend a couple grand or so for the mower that met my needs, the two different women I dealt with at the box store could have cared less as I asked them only two questions....do you do service- warranty work?.....no.....we send you somewhere.....last I knew it was somewhere in plant city.....second, do you deliver? Yes....for an extra hundred bucks! As I left, they could have cared less. Off to Pasco Turf and tractor, where I just knew the experience would be far better and professional, which it was. I waited until Thursday of the week as the man whose name i don't have said they were starting a sale that day, which saved me around 150.00. Answered my questions, free delivery to my home in Dade City and all service done by them at their Zephyrhills location. It pays to deal with a family operation who has been in business in the community for many years and I went there knowing what I wanted having done my research prior. One blade deck, no belts to deal with, a perfect homeowner unit. I would highly recommend this business due to their knowledge and professional manner in which they treat customers with respect and kindness. A joy to deal with, and the big box store probably misses out on sales like this every day. I knew they would let me down, I just had to confirm it doing my due diligence. They had the tire I needed for my lawnmower that I had not been able to find at places closer to me. The only negative thing I will say is the person helping me said, I told him the wrong size- I didn't because I had already asked multiple places for that size without anyone not having a problem hearing me, so at first he brought me the wrong tire. Seemed upset that he had to go upstairs to get the correct tire. In their defense I have been there before with no such issue. read more

Do not get your equipment here. 2 times the lady behind the desk lied to me saying major components of my zero turn were burnt up and needed to be replaced. These were both false. They would not work on my zero turn unless I called them to complain about the time it has taken to get it fixed. They fixed it once and returned it to me. It broke again after cutting 1/2 of my yard. They picked it up again and put it back at the end of the line. It took a total of 5 weeks and $580 to get it fixed. I do not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Called Friday 3/5 picked up cart on Monday 3/6 terrible CS the woman who answered the phone was rude and didn't offer anything about my cart except that she said tech had my paperwork and would contact me forward 3/13 call from tech said motor bad $1200. We declined as we were discussed with Customer Service Before the cart was picked up we replaced everything wire tied all wires looked nice clean When we got the cart back 3/14 charged $200 *All the wiring was pulled out of the jackets that concealed them *the back up buzzer was broken off Service tech said solenoid,micro switches,controller were all in working order no power to motor said new solenoid wire was not contacting he made a new one to replace the new one I had just replaced Finally got the news it was the motor Wrong!!!!! Put a new motor on it and it still doesn't move moral of the story Apparently this golf tech doesn't know what they are doing Don't take the chance Mar mar said they couldn't work on my cart reason. May have great prices but they treat employees like dirt. Agree at one rate of pay and then Leslie pays minimum wage because someone wants to leave the miserable place of employment. I will not do business with this company in the future after being a loyal customer for over 5 years at the previous location. I felt we were scammed out of $536 because we've paid twice to transport our riding lawnmower when it wasn't fixed properly in the first place. When our riding lawnmower arrived we were under the impression it was fixed. Thus, we attempted to cut the grass and the blades cut off whenever we went into reverse. Afterwards, we spoke to the owner who claimed he would make it right and we would not have to pay an additional cost. Once it arrived there, they claimed nothing was wrong and we were charged an additional fee for transport and labor. Eventually we got our lawnmower back and miraculously the blades were fixed although they denied anything was done or needed to be fixed. I firmly believe they lied about fixing the lawnmower the second time around so they can charge us additional fees. As a result, we will never do business with them in the future and we will share our experience with others. read more

Buy a new Hustler zero-turn off the lot for over $3K. Upon first 5 minutes of use, the motor pops, sputters, and dies repeatedly, endlessly. Make a phone call, they pick it up. A week goes by. Make a phone call... Where's my tractor? We haven't looked at it yet...we'll push it up, and take care of it in next few days". Another week goes by. I stop by, What's going on here? This is a brand new tractor off your lot! You still haven't looked at it. The service manager (who should be fired) gives me an attitude and waves a stack of work orders in my face. I said, that's not my problem, this isn't a work order, it's a brand new unit off your lot, delivered, it doesn't run. "It's going to be two more weeks". Are you kidding me? JOKE. This is someone you should give your business? Absolutely NOT. Got your money, they don't care. Spent $5,000 with this operation that has no idea how to run a business. As it turns out, this model had a bulletin issued from the manufacturer to all dealerships about bad carbs with sticking floats. Some service manager, why don't you pay attention. Worthless. Take your business to LESS (lawn equipment superstore) down the street. They fixed it in 2 days - paid for by the manufacturer, and surprise surprise, they knew about the bulletin, because I guess they're actually organized. read more

I have bought chainsaws, weedeaters, a zero turn and two ATVs from Pasco Turf and Tractor and have been very pleased with their prices and services. More than once I have called about a problem with a piece of equipment and instead of "bring it down", I was helped over the phone and found the problem was operator error. That is customer service I wish all businesses would follow. I recently had work done on an older ATV and it now runs better than when it was new. I was told a few years ago the owner conducted a search for better mechanics and by providing higher pay and benefits he has definitely found them. I would definitely recommend this business for its prices and follow up service and repairs. read more
