We felt welcomed and were provided all the information we needed in a clear and straightforward manner. Then we brought two windows in from our lanai for fresh vinyl and in just a couple hours they called and said they were ready, and they looked great! Then, Jeremy came out to measure our lanai storm door for replacement, and while he was here he replaced three panels of vinyl windows on site.... And did a great job with the three. Finally, today Jeremy returned to remove the old lanai door and install a new door, and threshold. He really knows what he's doing and cares a lot about the quality of his work. Upon request - they came to look at my Windows. The person who came by seemed nice and knowledgeable. I was told I would receive an estimate in a week or so - never did. I followed up thru the website contact form and they eventually called. After providing my name and address, I received an apology and was told I would receive the estimate in a day or 2. Still never heard back form them... If they did not want to replace my windows for whatever reason that would be fine - just tell me and I would respect that. But this just seemed "off" to me. I feel it's important to address your claims directly. I did request a quote for my property and was told I would only receive pricing information if I agreed to sign during the in-person meeting. This high-pressure sales tactic was concerning to me as a consumer. I should have the right to review pricing and options before making a commitment. Regarding the missed appointments in 2023 - yes, I was unable to proceed with the previous contract due to funding issues. However, that shouldn't affect my ability to get a basic quote for budgeting purposes now that I have FEMA funding available. I left an honest 1-star review based solely on my own experience with your company's sales practices. I have no knowledge of or connection to any other reviews left by others. PWD replaced my sunroom windows and back door several years ago and I love them. However, after last year's multiple hurricanes, I had problems with water seeping in along the bottom of the wall and door. i thought maybe it was just from the exceptional amount of rain last year (and the unfortunate slope of my back yard), but when it happened this spring after an ordinary heavy rain, I called to see if they could advise me about what I could do to fix the problem. Mark was so helpful and arranged for Rob to stop by between his calls the very next day! Rob checked out the entire situation and recaulked the window and door frame, as well as the inside of the threshold. He was also exceptionally helpful, polite, and thorough! We contacted Pasco doors and windows the representative come in a timely manor to give us an estimate but were told the door would take weeks to order. No problem we were going on vacation anyway. When we got back the door was available and Rob came and installed the door. He was efficient and went to work right away. He installed the door and cleaned the area after the work was done. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The customer service here is absolutely horrid. 1st appointment was for a 3pm appointment with Steve to give me quotes on windows and doors. He called an hour before the appointment saying he had a "conference call that was more important" and could no longer come and give me a quote that day. I immediately called the office and was told the owner would call me back and this was below their standard of customer service. Michael (not the owner) called me back and profusely apologized for Steve and wanted to come the next day to give me a quote. Everything sounded great until Michael actually showed up. He was beyond rude, talking over me and cutting me off. He would ask me a question and when I went to respond would say "If you want your quote you need to stop talking and let me get back to my job." He way over inflated the price and timeline as it was clear they did not want the job. As soon as he heard I had 2 other quotes he immediately assumed I only wanted them there for a quote for the insurance. He was acting like an insurance claim adjuster saying what my insurance would and would not cover. Did not realize this company is a window/door company and a public adjuster all-in-one with how he was acting. If you did not want the job to begin with (which it seems like you did not), then why waste everyone's time? I was interested in working with this company but now, I would never work with them or refer anyone to them. read more

Don't call here if you have a mobile home or an addition to your mobile home and you want windows or doors because they don't want to do it. I just got off the phone with a guy in the back service area, and all I wanted to do was set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me a price. After many questions he finally said well we can't do that because we don't have that size door etc. etc. and we have to take off some siding for it to fit. I was very puzzled because I saw Pasco window and door placing doors in other mobile homes so I don't understand what's going on here. Cannot recommend, Was happy to do the large part of the job but skipped all the small parts of the job , after numerous complaints , no response. The manager responding to my girlfriend in another review on Angies list said if the parts were so easy to find she could do it herself, they were and she did, found parts in 5 min and video on line showed her how to install. ( By the Way this was after the hurricane and this went on for sometime.) Its a shame we had to take time off work to get this done and they did a really good job on the screens replaced but did must have felt the maintenance we needed with the windows was beneath them. Walking in here was like entering a time portal to a time when independent door and window shops were the only place to go when such things were needed. Now with the big box stores, their websites and Amazon, these kind of places are slowly becoming extinct. Luckily for me though, this one has survived. I broke some old all jalousse windows on my garage door and these guys saved the day. Apparently. Do Not use this company. Dishonest at best. Will most likely not be in business much longer. This is not the same company it was years ago. it has been sold twice in the past decade. I had used them when they were owned by the founding person. I failed to check sunbiz.org or i would have caught on to this group of fly by night sheisters. Met with Pasco window and door Tech/salesman and showed him the Anderson storm door that Pasco Window and Door installed about 10 years earlier that cost me approximately 600 dollars. I said if he could get me a direct replacement for $999.99 or less installed for the current model of door like the door i have. then we would schedule the install. he came back and said he could do it for about $980 so i agreed. came back with some kid trainee and removed the door frame and replaced some moisture rot wood on the buildout. The replacement door never showed out of the truck until all the buildout was done. and what do the bring from the truck but the cheapest no name POS mobile home storm door Home Depot wouldn't even sell. I would have sent them packing but the HOA was after me to get a new door that was blown off in a heavy storm. Stay away from the mom and pop places in 2024 and 2025 until this economy recovers there will be lots more of this. Stick with Home Depot or Lowes..at least they have some scruples! Christopher C. Deceptive and incompetent doesn't even come close to covering how bad Pasco Window and Door is. Do not use this company. 4 of 5 windows/doors we got from them had to be repaired or replaced...a job that still isn't completed after a year and a half. That's all you really need to know but I included some of the details for people who want to know more. Thank God we didn't pay them before the job was finished. They wanted to be paid before the job was complete because they knew the products they installed had to be repaired or replaced. They figured we'd pay and then have to chase them to get the work done. Their reasoning for putting in bad doors and windows? They don't inspect the products they purchase and install because it is too hard. Of course they don't mention this up front or put it in the contract. IMO, Absolutely nothing Pasco Window and Doors says - Andrea Scura specifically - can be trusted, neither can their contract. Pasco Window and Door contracts to manufacture and install top quality products. Having to repair or replace 4 out of 5 products isn't "top quality"to anyone except Pasco Window and Door. Even though they knew the products were bad when they installed them they claimed it was a warranty issue. Because they claim it is a "warranty issue" you have to deal directly with manufacturer. Of course PWD doesn't disclose any of this up front and it isn't mentioned anywhere in the contract. Would you sign a contract that says they don't inspect the windows and they aren't responsible for pre existing defects? Neither would I. It is a disgusting business practice, but after dealing with Andrea, I would expect nothing less. Had we spoken to her first we never would have contracted with them. There are a lot of good decent people to work with, Pasco Window and Door isn't one of them. I'm sure Andrea Scura will write a ridiculous unhinged reply that lists a series of either lies or half truths, and makes excuses for why she failed to abide by the contract. She will blame us. Claim we were satisfied, call us names, claim the review is vindictive etc. that's what she does with every negative review she receives. It speaks volumes as to her unprofessionalism and inability to work with people. As an aside, Thank God PGT is an honest company with competent people. Called them out to fix pocket door and 8 foot sliding glass door. Terry came right out to quote and after oking with property owner we got on the schedule for the following week. Terry was prompt and courteous. He's was very considerate to not make a mess on the hardwood floors. They were able to charge less than originally quoted due his speed and knowledge of these repairs. Mark, who gave us the estimate, showed up on time, was friendly, and courteous. He was able to immediately give us a very competitive quote. Visited the showroom few weeks ago to inquire installation screen door and screens. Salesman was at his desk in the showroom. Asked about other doors in a brochure besides those on display. He showed little interest, never got out of his chair to show us the products. Said from his chair he would have someone call us and to visit for measurements. No phone calls.. Big complaint is when they were hiring for this position.. Oh we went someone with experience doors/windows. They forgot about salesmanship and customer service. This guy has no experience. We visited a competitor on US 19, great, called us the next day, took measurements/estimates in a few days and we are scheduled for installation. read more

I called to question a service issue, or lack of service provided by his technician, and he did nothing but try to over talk me and offered no resolution at all. And Hung up on me?My HOA association called them to come out to address an exterior door that was not installed properly and was getting stuck opening and closing. Pasco then called ME to set up an appointment for Tuesday am last week. I waited until 10am and no one showed up. I contacted the office and spkw Tom, who could not find any info on my service appointment. No one knew WHO called me and I was not on the service list for that day. We then arranged for a Mon am, 4/23 service appointment. BUT, an hour later on Tuesday, the same day that Tom could not find out WHO called me or WHO was coming 2 service techs showed up. They advised my Mother, that Pasco did not install the door originally and that I would need to contact the HOA association to get service from whoever installed the door originally. They also spoke with me over the phone as well. Then on 4/23 Monday a service tech shows up from Pasco Window and Door to adjust the door ???. I spoke with the tech over the phone, since I was not at the villa, my mother was there at the villa, the tech stated he was sent there to look at the door for adjustment. ???? He then took out a crow bar and took out 4 screws and re screwed with 4 longer screws to try to adjust the door???? The door now doesn't open or close without an extreme struggle. 100% worse then before. Then advised that he would have to come back to take the door off and re install it that the door was not installed right. WHY would he leave the door like that, I was shocked !!!! I called today and tried to find out what was happening and why if they did not install the door like i was informed last week, why was a tech out adjusting the door?? Chris questioned me as to why I CALLED THEM TO COME OUT TO ADJUST THE DOOR??. I tried to explain that the association called THEM since they do the rear exterior door work in our neighborhood, so the HOA assumed that they did the original install. How such a small window and door company can not get their service appointments in order or who called, or who showed up, or WHO is responsible is very unprofessional. But the main issue is..... the owner could care less that I had a problem with the service I received. Had ZERO customer service skills,and HUNG up on me. Who acts like that ? I was shocked !!!! He told me not to call there and harass him anymore. Harass? I was trying to get an issue resolved. He could have sent out a tech and adjusted the door properly and billed the association for a service call, even if he never installed the door originally. The original contractor is no longer in business, but PASCO WINDOW and DOOR does not care about the customer, they care about one thing, making MONEY $$$ They left an 85 year old lady without the capability of opening and closing an exterior door. I would not recommend this company. They can not perform the simplest of DOOR 101 repair. read more

Had 2 front doors installed, 5 months later part of the molding is pulling away from the wall. Not a huge deal but I have not gotten any follow up or commitment to get it repaired. Made initial request and waited a week with no response, call back a week later and was told the installer was given a message to call you and schedule repair. Well I have yet to here from the installer. I like the door and it looks great but customer service level and follow up definitely needs improvement. read more

Use some other company if you need a repair. Peter in service is too busy to recall that he promised to check on your order and call you back with an update. He makes it very clear that you, the customer, are annoying him when you call back to find out what is going on. Clearly they are too busy to be concerned about customer service. Great company! We had all of our windows replaced with Impact windows and a side door, and a storm door replaced. They went over all the options with us in the beginning, just shutters and some new windows, or all new impact windows. They were very patient with us even letting us make a change after the original contract was made. They were easy to deal with and very customer service oriented. When the install days came they moved the furniture and windows treatments for us and everything was put back. The windows look great! On March 9, 2018 we signed an agreement to install window tracking and hurricane panels. We were told it would be approx. 2 months until the job could be completed because they were super busy, which we understood. In May we called and asked where we were on the list. We were told that the permitting process takes a long time as you can only do so many apps for permits, then get back in line at the permitting office and then apply for more. We were told that once the permit is issued they will place order for panels which only takes about 4 days to come in. Our permit was issued on May 24, 2018 and we are still waiting for the phone call to install. Its funny how fast a deposit can be cashed but install should be called: stall. We did this process early in the year so that we would be prepared for hurricane season. Well, it is hurricane season and no panels! I wish we would have never gone with this company. If we don't get some satisfaction soon I am requesting returning my deposit. We entered into the contract fully committed to fulfilling our financial obligations. If we can make a commitment why cant this company? read more
