Highest recommdation. Here are a few reasons: My daughter's braces worked. Her teeth are very straight now, and her former deep overbite is greatly improved. The explanation of the treatment plan, expected length of time the braces would be on, symptoms to expect, and how to prevent problems were very clear. It was easy for the teenager and I to stay on the same page, and there were no unexpected problems. We had an insurance change midway through the treatment, and the office corrected the information and got the right bills to the right places seamlessly. We paid monthly, so the treatment was affordable. Appointment scheduling was easy and convenient, and they have evening hours so my daughter was able to go on her own after school. I left a couple voicemails during the two year process, and got replies the next business day. As the date neared to have her braces removed, we got a call that a slot opened, so she got her braces removed ten days ahead of schedule. Every person at the office was professional and good at listening. Lastly, the celebratory bag of popcorn and sticky candy, and other things she couldn't eat with braces, presented to her the day her braces were removed was a pleasant surprise. She was totally compliant for over two years, so I held my nose and let her go wild with it. read more

Unfortunately I would strongly not recommend Dr Patel. Although he has a warm disposition my child's teeth needed to be fixed with a an entirely new round of braces with a different doctor. We had two sets of upper expanders, one set of lower expanders, herbst appliance followed by braces and the end result was not what any parent would want for their child. He also was like why are my teeth so bucked out? So we invested another 4000 dollars elsewhere to give him the smile he deserves. My word of advice as this was our first child is be cautious. This poor kid has had orthodontia in his mouth for 8 years and I feel a bit naive and I feel awful for him. Beware. read more

I had braces and elastics with Dr. Patel as a teenager (ended treatment in 2012). I'm writing this review now, so many years later, because I am scheduled for surgery to replace both of my jaw joints, which have deteriorated because of a rare degenerative bone disease. I first started noticing the signs of this towards the end of my treatment with Dr. Patel, but when I brought up my concerns to him, he insisted: 1. I was not wearing my elastics 2. Teenage girls were overly concerned with their appearance 3. I had a "tongue thrust" causing my bite to open up Luckily, my parents were supportive enough to find a second opinion and I got the treatment I needed. Left untreated, my condition can cause heart problems due to the way the jaw limits the airway as it moves backwards because the joints are gone. I wanted to post a review to raise awareness towards this problem and let any other patients know Dr. Patel is not knowledgeable about this and will not take concerns seriously. He makes the teeth look great but does not have knowledge of functional concerns and refuses to take any accountability. read more

We had a great experience with Pasha Orthodontics. My son needed an expander for a year to widen his upper jaw. I especially liked that Dr. Patel was not quick to rush into orthodontic work my son wasn't ready for, unlike other orthodontists. He was also flexible given our unusual circumstances - living overseas during part of the treatment. They were great about giving us rushed appointments as needed. read more

The employee who did the initial consult with me didn't explain or review any information with me, repeatedly interrupted me when I'd ask questions, acted impatient while I was reading consent forms, and overall I felt pressured to make decisions quickly without being given enough information. I ended up looking things up on Google during the visit due to the lack of information that was provided. The rest of the staff was not particularly friendly or professional either. I'm only 2/3 of the way done with my teeth and I LOVE them already. I'm a tongue thruster, so my tongue physically pushes my teeth out of my mouth! Which sucks!! Dr. Patel is amazing, at first I was really scared of the whole Invisalign process but I trusted his judgement of what my teeth were going to look like at the end of this whole thing. Sometimes I go in and he shaves my teeth down and I just let him do whatever because I trust him 100%. I go in about every other month to get my teeth checked out and his staff and team are so amazing, they are really really friendly and they remember you. I have 1/3 to go and I don't even know how my teeth can get any better! Seriously I get complimented on them all the time. I'm now trying to get my Fiancee' to get it done for our wedding. If you are considering to get Invisalign, braces or any orthodontic help, go with Dr. Patel, he is amazing and super nice and smart. Just trust what he says will work and go for it. I'm a teenager and I got my braces off a couple of weeks ago after about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier with my smile. I always had a positive experience at each appointment and so far my teeth haven't noticeably shifted after getting them off and wearing my retainer diligently. The orthodontic assistants were incredibly nice, and Dr. Patel clearly knew what he was doing. Just in case you were wondering, they have a wide variety of colors for ties. My experience with this dentist (dr Patel) was the worst that anyone could imagine. This doctor thinks it is ok to waste people time while thinking his time is the most valuable. Look dr Patel , you would be really surprised to see how many people who look like me and have a 6 figures income like you. I felt that I was judged and treated based on appearance/ race in this office.They were very disrespectful to me. I have scheduled an appointment with them to have treatment started, once I checked at the front desk, that receptionist (Teresa) started to go trough details on my treatment and payment options very loudly at the front desk in front of all the patients in the waiting room (anyone could hear) , I felt embarrassed and asked her if we could speak about that privately and she looked at me like I was some sort of alien with 3 heads and then said I will get you the manager. Then the manager came , I follow her into a room whom she left the door opened. She went to the details of the treatment/payment with me. When I asked her questions for which she apparently did not have the answers, she call the doctor into the room. Dr patel came and said to me that I don't trust his practice because I ask too many questions and that I am not supposed to know about all the nitty gritty they are doing. For me the only reason a doctor would be nervous about questions is if he is hiding things from the patients. Long story short, dr Patel pulled out an excuse to not start the treatment (as If I was letting him to after all that he said) saying that I did not bring a recommendation from a general dentist. Why would you just mention that only the day of the appointment which was scheduled more than a month ahead. And also I think it is very unprofessional to keep asking people about their origin. What does that have to do with the treatment? May be it is a way for him to know who can pay or not because he really seems to care about money rather that the services he would provide. He was also looking at his calendar while speaking to me as if he was in a rush to receive another patient, my appointment was supposed to be 77 mins and only about 20 mins elapsed. It looks like they schedule multiple people for the same time. Anyway I am glad that I realized all this mess about this practice before I went any further with them. Lesson learned: don't choose a dentist because of nice reviews on the internet , they may not be real people's experience. read more

Pasha Orthodontics is the best!!! I've been a patient with them for over a decade and they have never failed to be amazing. Dr. Patel is always so nice and friendly and really knows his stuff with orthodontics. Pasha Orthodontics really helped me out with my British teeth, from an initial retainer to close a gap in my teeth, to my braces years (which only took two years to complete, and I was extremely impressed with the results). I went from being shy about my teeth to feeling confident and smiling! What really impressed me is their consistency in their excellent work. After finishing my braces, they gave me a retainer, and I was done with my treatment. Seven years later, my retainer broke, and I wanted to get a new one to prevent my teeth from shifting. Despite the fact that I had not been to the office in seven years, they were just as courteous and professional as ever, and Dr. Patel even remembered me! My new retainer immediately fixed my teeth shifting, and should my retainer ever break again, I'm definitely coming back here to fix it. Five stars! read more

I called Pasha Orthodontics because I have a permanent retainer from another orthodontist where the glue kept breaking and had the wire stabbing my tongue all day. Dr. Patel and his staff were able to remove the permanent retainer and get me a removable one to wear at night within a week. Dr. Patel and his staff are super helpful and understanding. read more
