I do not lift weights at all. It is not my thing and the buff, muscular look is not really the look I am going for (obviously), but I still go to the gym from time to time. The gym is not just a place to get "jacked up", it is also a place where you can just exercise to feel good about yourself. Whenever I sweat, I just feel that all of the nasty things inside my body are being removed. It is a great way to deal with stress. I don't exercise on a regular basis, but I am completely aware that exercising is necessary if you choose to live a healthy lifestyle. The main reason why I go to the gym is to lose weight fast.
