Even when I had to switch my event date due to snow and when I was running late to pick up the chairs, he was very helpful. The price was extremely reasonable. He called to confirm things exactly when he said he would and scheduled to pick up the chairs at a time that was convenient for me. My only issue was that the credit card machine was down so I had to use cash for the deposit but he let me know that in advance and wrote a clear receipt for me, so everything worked out fine.
