My seven year old daughter and I decided to try this place out because of the reviews and it's closer to our house than most places. It was a nightmare from the second we walked in. It was extremely busy, but we thought that could be a good thing. They "forgot" to paint my daughter's fingernails after I reminded them several times, but eventually did them. We didn't have extra services done, just painted my fingernails and had her fingernails and toenails painted. It was $30. And an HOUR and A HALF of our time. And allllllll of that was fine too. But now today, not even 24 hours later, my nail polish is chipped and looks awful and my daughter's polish is almost all the way off. They told me over the phone they would refund my money and then when I showed up, they told me to pick a color and they would repaint. I didn't want that, I wanted to go to a different place with my refund. They simply said it was our fault for picking at the polish and they will never refund services. Sooooooo. I'm only in Tulsa for a month and needed to get a full set of acrylic nails done and a pedicure. I made an appt at passion nails and was blown away by the salon. Very well organized. Very efficient. And friendly! I didn't get the name of the lady who did my pedi but she was friendly and did a very good job. Heather did my fingernails. Both ladies spoke English which was nice. I chose the deluxe pedi which included a hot rocks massage on my legs. So nice! I've been wearing acrylic nails for 35 years and this was by far one of the best I've ever had. Well worth the cost, which is less than what I usually pay in Oregon. Already made my next appt. Definitely will return to this salon anytime I'm in Tulsa. read more

I've been going to this place for years and always had good experiences, but my most recent experience was very different. The quality of customer service has gone down exponentially. The techs seemed rushed and I was given the wrong color and the foot massage was extremely painful. It was very disappointing bc I really look forward to treating myself to a pedicure once in awhile and this was a horrible experience. I'm sure there are still good techs there but you will def need to make an appt with those ones. The walk-in experience is NOT GOOD anymore. It pains me to write this, but my hope is that mgt will get more consistency in the quality of their techs like the good old days. read more

Was busy but got in pretty fast. They did not use anything clean or sterilized when doing my nails. It was a little painful and uncomfortable. And I felt uncomfortable while they were watching me while i tried to decide how much of a tip to give. read more

I was pretty upset leaving this place. I was seated being informed that the wait was only 10 minutes. It was very busy so I assumed it might be awhile before someone could come to me. The pedicure basin was dirty. Wet soaked towels. I informed the man that was in charge sanitizing the stations. I seated again after it was cleaned. I waited 40 minutes for someone to start. A woman came over to start filling up the water. Leaving it barely warm. I did ask that she put warmer water in. She left for 20 minutes to rush through a couple eyebrow waxes. Leaving my water cold and gross. She told me my feet we're dirty and gross that she wanted me to do the more expensive package. I assumed she wanted to use a soak. My feet were not even dirty. I previous showered before even coming. I didn't have any dirt on my feet. She the. Did my pedicure in 10 minutes. I received a phone call while I was waiting for my toes to dry. I barely sat there. She rudely interrupted me and was pushing me to pay. I come to the register and she wanted to charge me more than I was asking for after receiving a half ass pedicure. I then refused to pay the full amount. I would pay what I think was fair. She continues to insult me. She was incredibly rude about everything she said. The experience somewhere else - made me appreciate this place so much more! This used to be my favorite spot in town. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. I went in and requested and paid for the most expensive spa pedicure, but only got the basic pedicure. At then end of my pedicure I realized that I didn't get the sugar scrub or the callous treatment! The towel she used was cool not warm and the girl only gave me about a three minute mediocre foot massage. I didn't say anything in hopes that she would admit to it at the end, but she didn't. I went in with dry cracked feet and I still see no difference today. You have to watch them, because they will cheat you by giving you minimal services while charging you for the most expensive package! Dishonest business practices. read more

I went and got my nails done here the guy who did my nail was very rude. Went to smoke halfway through my manicure and pedicure. He made two of my fingers bleed during my manicure and told me it was my fault. He used a cuticle softener on my nails and it made my fingers sting. So then he couldn't finish my manicure. Been here twice and have been flat out disappointed both times. Don't get me wrong, the staff is so friendly and lovely, however they take an extremely long time even with an appointment. Also, I had an appointment for a mani and pedi at the same time (which they said they could do) and they started with only my toes, and I asked them a couple times about getting my hands done at the same time (because I didn't have time and they said they would) and they just brushed it off. Finally, when I had to leave before they did my manicure, they began to insist on doing my manicure and felt awful once they realized they were losing business and it was obvious. My wife went in for an acrylic fill with shellac overlay and pedicure with shellac costing $100. Less then one week later it started chirping and peeling. She called and was told to come back in for a fix. After the appointment they charged $75. She explained the conversation and they still charged her. She told them she would not be returning to there store. One of the workers said under her breath "she will be back", very rudely. My wife restated she will not be back. They do not stand behind their poor quality work and then refuse to correct it, then reward you with rudeness. Save your time and money and go to one of the other thousand places around here. Worst service I've ever experienced. lady Messed up my nails on Monday and was extremely rude to me and my mother. the manager offered to fix them on Thursday so I come in on Thursday. I waited an hour while at least 6 people go ahead of me. I Paid for a design and "cut down" on monday which I never got my nails cut btw they just charge you that apparently. when getting my nails done thursday they refused to give me a design because "I didn't pay for one, I paid to cut down nails". I was charged $28. I said "wait for me to have my mom send a screen shot of her bank statement that we paid for a design" . They advertise classic fills for $20 on the menu right as you walk in. They also advertise $3 cut down fee. So I paid $8 for a cut down of my nails that I didn't even receive on Monday? No. Pull the cameras nobody cut my nails. They just didn't want to do a design because now they are past closing time because they pushed me off For an hour and began every person that came in after me. I'm sorry but I didn't want to pay until I got them redone on Thursday but the manager said I needed to so I complied of course and trusted them to do me right. I sat in the store for 2 1/2 hours just to FIX my nails & was treated poorly at both occasions Monday and Thursday. This is not the first issue I have had with them. I have been going to Passion Nails since 2014. I never had an issue until my most recent visit. I have been getting dip manicures, I picked out my color and took my seat. The lady was very rough and did not completely remove my previous dip manicure. I said I wanted a dip manicure, which in the past involved soaking my nails and my cuticles removes, she totally skipped that step. While she was putting on the dip it was very chunky and uneven color. I asked her about it, and she said that the color would be even once she filed it. Well it didn't even out. I was unhappy and she reluctantly agreed to let me change the color. She applied the new color, however she did not file it evenly so now I have bumpy nails. It's sad that I have gone here for 5 years, and the quality has dropped drastically. I typically see the owner sitting at the front of the salon, I have not seen her recently and that is part of the reason I think the quality has decreased. As others have mentioned the prices are higher and also inconsistent. From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Been to this salon several times. First visit was fine and no problem. Second visit I had a pedicure and the girl nicked my ankle with the foot file and it began to bleed a little. I pointed to it and said you got my ankle, and she acted as if she did not understand what I was saying, and totally dismissed me and the cut on my ankle. Third (and last), I went in for manicure, and they sat me down at a station that was clearly not cleaned from prior customer. A pair of clippers were already sitting there and the young man picked them up to begin clipping my cuticles. I asked if they were sterile and he nodded. I then asked "Did you use them on someone else?" He just looked at me and sat them down, left the station, and came back with another pair, held them up, and said "new." The fact that they would use the same clippers on different customers was enough for me to not go back (too easy to get infections). Also, not taking a few minutes to clean up a station for new customers is unacceptable. read more

I consistently receive high quality pedicure and nail services and the employees are always friendly, helpful and I thoroughly enjoy coming to Passion Nails. The worst service I have ever received at a nail salon. They were in such a hurry that they did my nails and feet at the same time. The lady doing my feet did not even remove any dried skin. The lady doing my fingernails filed my nails down to nothing and they were crooked because of the angle she was working with. When it came time to polish, she just slapped it on as fast and sloppy as she could and then went back and cleaned the skin around them. I had to redo my fingernails when I got home because she clipped the edges with the cuticle clippers and they were snagging on everything. Such a waste of time and money!! read more
