The service guy was sent out by the home warranty service to look at my washing machine. Nothing was in the washer. I casually mentioned it may have been overloaded but was not sure, just that it made a strange noise. He completely wrote that I said it had been overloaded and now my warranty does not want cover it because it is not "normal wear and tear." The washer definitely was never, ever, filled to the brim and has never had a problem before. Washing clothes IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR! I didn't put 40 towels in there. I do not recommend them at all. The guy was there for 3 mins and said it needs to be replaced. Did not even try to look at it. Thankfully my warranty company is getting us a SECOND OPINION. Hopefully the Lord sees fit to help us since we pay an exorbitant amount to this home warranty company for what seems to be NOTHING. Danny was sent by the home warranty service. He was to look at my range and my microwave. While my microwave was replaced, he wrote an inaccurate description of how the interior glass door was cracked and the company refused to cover it. Incompetent and rude. They were scheduled by my Home warranty insurance, to fix a microwave, the tech came out submitted the claim for the microwave to be replaced, with incorrect info. Today they came with the microwave, un able to install because the old one was 220 v and they had the one of 110 V , they just sad we are not electricians , we can not install, left the unit , and left without apologies for the mistake/incompetence . read more

These people are very unethical, they work with a company called first American homebuyers. We paid $164 to get a crack microwave door replaced and a dishwasher door replace that is broken. The so called technician comes over and says everything works and it's ok and leave. The doors are still. Token. Do not use these people. Be warn. I've called the better business on them and they have some complaints already. This is an update the owner had the audacity to contact me and call me a curse word. This alone tells me what kind of low life these people are. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, WORTHLESS. They were contracted by our Home Warranty Company, American Home Shield. They sent an employee to my home to asses repairs to our electric cooktop. The gentleman clearly stated that the cooktop must be replaced and would order the product, stated as such on the report and was signed. The office submitted conflicting information to AHS and attempted to close the claim not replacing the product. After speaking with AHS, and Passion Services PRO, they agreed to send the service man back to review again, once again he clearly stated that the product needed to be replaced, filled out the report as such and paperwork was signed. Passion Services PRO told me the paperwork was submitted to AHS and I should be getting a response soon. AHS closed the claim stating they never received the paperwork. Later to find out Passion Services Pro did not even submit. AHS reached out to Passion Services PRO and they stated they were referring to the initial paperwork submitted and not recommending to replace the product. For what reason would a company go to lengths to submit false information on a claim and then lie about submitting paperwork? UNETHICAL. UNPROFESSIONAL. WORTHLESS. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

If there were half stars I doubt I'd even give them that. It took 4 times to come and replace a drain pump for my washing machine. Three service people stating that there was no way to access the drain pump located in the back of the machine and they could not move the washer to access the pump because they were not authorized to move it. I was told if I wanted it serviced I better move it myself and while I was at it I should drain the water from the tub too. So I did. Guess where the drain pump was? In the front of the machine. No moving of washer necessary. Just remove the front panel. But since none of technicians bothered to check- and I had no idea where to even look, it took three times before I finally got a competent repairman (LEONARD YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!). The front desk/scheduling people are the WORST. Amanda, who knows what her title is- stated she would schedule my repair between 12:30 and 2:00 ( for the 4th attempt ). At 9:30 the guy was at my door having me rush home from work . Apparently she had time to send me a snarky email about making sure there was access to the washer but did not have time to schedule me for the correct time slot even though I had her on speaker and three people heard her say I was booked for between 12:30 and 2:00. Just like she messed up the scheduling for the previous attempt at fixing the washer- where she just forgot to do it. Lets not even mention the lack of communication between the repair guys and the front office. Non existent. Nobody seemed to know I had a stacking washer dryer- though three different people came out to see it, and then say they couldn't fix it. All without lifting a tool. Talk about magic tricks. Finally at my wit's end I called and I asked Kristen (secretary? Scheduler? who knows) for the supervisor's name so I could speak to him/her and was told that they were on another call, then she said they weren't allowed to give it. All the while Kristen was putting me on mute so that another secretary could tell her not to tell me and that I'd get a call back in 24 hrs. To her credit Kristen said she was new and didn't know the procedure yet. Which made it even easier for the secretaries who HAVE been there longer to tell her the wrong information to then tell me. She did give me the owner of the company's name- after a lot of going back and forth with some unknown secretary and prolific use of their mute button. But probably because its written at the bottom of the receipt I was given. If I had a choice between having YouTube videos walk me through repairing my washer again or this company it would be YouTube hands down. I would not hire this company if they paid ME! read more

I call passion services if I'm out and take a look at my refrigerator. A service tech came out and decided I needed aseel said it would take about 10 days to get in and they would call me to set up an appointment. Never heard from him for about three weeks so I called and they told me my part was on backorder. So I waited about another two weeks he called again it was still on backorder. Then I got a phone call from down about eight weeks into the order and they told me I needed to pay Upfront for them to order the part the whole amount. I told him I'm not paying until y'all bring it out and install it. I'll wait another 2 weeks call back to find out where the part is and then I'm told apart was never ordered I needed to pay for it upfront. Don't use these people their unethical they're Liars and as far as I'm concerned thieves you won't get anything fixed. read more

This company was contracted by our Home Warranty (First American). It took months for them to even get back with us about whether the service had been approved, then we were told the hot water tank had to be ordered and would be delivered to the house. After a lot more time went by, (we kept calling for updates because our 90 year old dad had no hot water), we finally found out that Passion had contracted a third party company because none of their employees wanted to do that job! When the day finally came for install, there was no hot water tank that had been delivered, but it was picked up and brought to the house by owner at Home Depot! They got a smaller one than what was being replaced, so we told owner it had to be the same size, we didn't want smaller. She had to return it to Home Depot and get the proper size. Several things about this didn't make sense...we had been told the tank had to be ordered and would be sent to the house...but it was actually purchased at Home Depot locally on day of service! Then bringing the wrong size and had to go back and get the correct one? The installer then had to go purchase some adapters because the new one was a little taller than the old one. Passion said we would have to pay $100 for that, which we felt should have been taken care of in the install so we did not pay. We had to pay $100 for removal of the old tank up front. They wanted to put it at the street and call someone to pick it up. We would not allow this, so they took if off. Customer service was terrible, owner kept blaming FAHW. They need to drop this company! We will never use them again! Overall this process took about 3 months from beginning to finally the end! read more

This Company is AWFUL they were sent out by the Home Warranty company glass cook top back burner doesn't work glass does have a small chip in it but it is 20 years old, while waiting on the repair company to contact me the ice maker on the refrigerator went out also 20 years old. First they never contacted me I had to contact them the ice maker and motor need to be replace ok when the person left they said they were going to order the parts however they denied the claim and said it was over use on the refrigerator, then I asked for a review, then they said a power surge on the freezer caused the problem with the ice maker, I said if there was a power surge wouldn't the whole refrigerator be dead, then on the glass top stove yes there is a small chip but they said that was over use and caused the back burner to no work I said the chip is on the front what does that have to do with the back, now I am back in review again.. When I was first assigned to this company the reviews were awful I asked for a different company and was told once they are assigned they have to come out. I should have checked the reviews right away as soon as they said what company but that is hind site at this point. From the first conversation do not allow this company to come out, once the warranty company assigns you to them they have to come out. Passion themselves have gone above and beyond to resolve the dilemma with my appliances and have nothing but good things to say about them. He used the wrong diagnostic on the paperwork which caused American Home Shield (AHS) not to honor our warranty. The technician was very dishonest. I don't know if he did this on purpose or if he was inexperienced. The bottom line is, he left the washer machine in a worse condition than it was before he came over. We spent $125 for nothing for bad service. The Technician wrote on the documents "customer misuse" for the reason that the washer machine door would not stay up. We have a top load washer, one day the top door would not stay up. So, we called American Home Shield to have it serviced. My wife and I, are honest professional people. So, I don't understand what the technician meant by saying "customer misuse". The technician presented the document to my wife for her to sign. He stated to my wife, sign this so your warranty company can get you another washer because this one cannot be repaired. My wife signed the document without reading it. I mean who has not signed documents without reading them. She trusted the technician and took his word for it. Now, AHS has closed the case because of the words he wrote. I called Passion Pro to complain. The receptionist was very rude and dishonest. She admitted to me on the phone that she has signed documents without reading them but told me she cannot change the paperwork after it has been signed. She could not explain to me what is the definition of customer misuse. I don't recommend your business to anyone. My next step is to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Google Review. Still able to use our washer by tapping the drain plug however they didn't attach the drain hose back properly causes my whole Landry room to be flooded. A more apt name would be Apathy Inconvenience Amateur Hour. They came twice and fixed nothing. My refrigerator is no better off than when we started and my oven has actually gotten worse because they didn't order a part that they needed and it is currently locked shut. I had to call to reschedule them and I left two messages over a period of a week and they never called me back. When I finally reached them they told me that I would have to resubmit a request for my fridge through my home warranty despite the fact that they had fixed nothing and they said the part that they should have ordered originally had not arrived (10 days after they last came to my house). That leaves me four weeks after my original service request with a fridge that is no better and an oven that is worse. Update: After nearly two months they finally fixed the oven. After two and a half months my ice maker is finally fixed. It took until their fifth visit for any of the technicians to check the water line despite the fact that the problems were with insufficient ice production and leaking. Over all they have been inconsiderate, unprofessional, and incompetent. Never use this company. read more

DON''T WASTE YOU TIME AND $$$ They managed to break the bolts from the base of my toilet, left the toilet sitting on the side of the waste drain, left the job site never to return and want to charge $100.00 for the service call that caused damage. I am pretty confident any good reviews are fake. Having done extensive research on this company, I would advise against using them. As the contracted company for a homeowner's insurance repair, their negligence resulted in THOUSANDS of dollars in water damage. When not even pay ing for the damage, they won't even pay the deductible. The manager refuses to talk to customers- you can only speak with a liason. Take note- you must sign away their obligation to be responsible ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AT ALL- or they will not work do the job. I am nearly 50 and have never heard of anything like this with a company. Stay FAR away from them and be mindful of fake reviews or incentives provided to write positive reviews. read more

They came out three times and changed out parts. It's still not fixed. Another company came out and found the problem very quick. Instead of quickly returning since my dryer wasn't fixed they work you in a week or two later which has equaled us to use the laundry mat for three months now. I have had AHS for 5 year or so. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to use my warranty. I called AHS on 06/30/2016 to inform them that my dryer was not coming on. The contracted a company called Passion Services, (P. O. Box 6163,Diamondhead, MS 39525,228-343-0727 or 228-254-5283), to do the necessary repairs. Passion Services came on 07/11/2016 for the diagnosis and to order parts if necessary. This is what we expected, no big deal. Fast forward to today, my dryer is still broken and there is no end in sight. Passion Services has been to my home 3 times, 1 for the diagnosis, 2nd time to install the parts (in which they sent the technician with only one of the 2 parts it needed), 3rd time to install the final part. On the 3rd time after finally installing the last part, the dryer still did not come on and we smelled a burning smell in the wiring. Passion's technician told me that he was going to "Condem" the unit and it was unworthy of repairs and was "Unsafe" for my family. I heard him on speaker tell this to Melissa (the owner of the company). She then infoprmed AHS that they needed to send another company to diagnose the problem. Why this I have no idea. Now days and days go by and the second company arrives and the have the same diagnosis, it is unworthy of repairs and is unsafe. After phone call after phone call to AHS, no one seems to care that it has been almost 2 months and my dryer still does not work. AHS is faulting Passion and Passion is faulting AHS. To top it all off, AHS told me just now that Passion has to come back out to rediagnose the dryer yet once again. This makes absolutely no sense at all. They have been to my home 3 times, a second company one time and now the company that could not fix it 3 times has to diagnose it all over again. Does this make any sense to anyone at all. Oh, AHS will probably delete this post and block my from any more posts as they did my wife. read more

Tracey was awesome! This was a home warranty claim that he could have easily dismissed when he arrived because the warranty company did not provide him with all of the details of what the problem was and what needed to happen, even though I was very specific when submitting my claim to them. He took the time to explore and inspect to the best of his ability all of the exposed gas lines and valves to look for the reported leak. While doing so, he was explaining everything he did and why he was doing it. I learned more from him in the 30 minutes he was in the house than I did from the gas company and the two contractors before him. He was very thorough with his report back to the warranty company which resulted in FINALLY getting the right contractor out to the property to perform the work with the appropriate equipment. I would definitely contact them again for future home repair needs. read more
