I could see that the door wasn't closing all the way but didn't know what to do. I need to squeeze a couple more years out of it since they don't make them narrow enough to fit in that wall anymore! Mike came out the same day (in torrential flooding rain,) said I actually did a great job with the gaskets and he was able to adjust the door hinges so that it closes properly now. I was able to make bread at 450 degrees that night with no problem, when it could barely reach 350 before he came. Someone else on here complained about having to pay a service call for something that took only a few minutes. Well, I was thrilled to do it because I appreciated his honesty and expertise which saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. And making a trip to someone's house for free doesn't put food on his table. I have no idea why the owner didn't come out to help or send someone to help. Anyway, a knob was damaged during the repair. I thought I could glue it which I discovered later didn't work. Brandon "tested" the dryer and the drum was fixed but I was not shown that the heat source was working. It may have been at that time but a week later when I actually needed to do laundry I realized the heat source in the dryer was not working. Upon contacting the owner I was interrupted and spoken over and basically told I needed to hire an electrician on top of paying them to test the voltage in the outlet. I decided to cut my losses with Bolt at this point. I don't want them to touch my appliances. At this time, it takes about four days to dry clothing just restarting the dryer every time it stops and it's now squeaking incessantly.
