Cart was stranded on the side of 11tb street all night, and we finally got a new cart by going up there at 9:30 the next morning. No refund. The older couple up there are nice, however the "younger" lady is rude and does not do her job.

Without hesitation, they helped me push the cart across the street and into their lot (it was a hot and busy weekend in June). Then, their tools came out and started testing everything. It became clear this was an issue a mechanic would need to fix. After the guys recommended a mechanic (whom was booked out that day) they offered to let me keep the cart in their lot overnight. The following day, the mechanic was able to get me up and rolling after swapping out a failed ECU. I offered to pay the guys for their assistance, which they graciously declined. Although I didn't do business with either Coastal Cowboy or The Cart Store, I recommend both of them due to their generosity, kindness, and Southern Hospitality. They didn't try to sell me anything or make me feel at any point as a nuisance to their business. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys!
