I'll be honest, I was a little unsure about what we were going to come across when we pulled off the highway into this town, but I'm so glad we stopped into Le Coulee. It was such a nice little shop with a great selection of cheese (and crackers!!!) and other gift-shop type things. The man working (who may have been the owner?) was so incredibly kind and helpful. We left feeling so satisfied that we got our Wisconsin cheese at the recommendation of a cheese-shop owner and had such a pleasant experience there!
