I arrived and Ali was ready for me when I walked in the door and started on me right away. He was very personable and had a light tough on both the shave and the cut with no nics or razor burn. We had a great conversation during our session, and I wish I could have stayed longer to shoot the breeze, but I had a prior engagement so I had to run. He is very detailed about every inch of your hair and looks over everything and asks you how you like it before he is done. He doesn't have a problem fixing it either. As a regular now, he double checks for changes. The shop is always very clean. I find the website scheduler a bit challenging, however always manage. They recently raised prices $5 dollars more a cut. I thought a 12% increase was bit much. Increase should match the rate of inflation. I wish my income jumped 12%....lol.
