This company charged me more than an extra hundred dollars a month for the same policy at several other competitors. Inquiries about why my policy was so high were met with disinterest and excuses but no real facts. I called to make a change to my policy to try and make it cheaper and was still charged previous amount. The resulting phone call to inquire how that happened was met with the older woman who works for Murphy screaming at me and then hanging up. There was no aggression on my part and no warning on hers before she let me have it. All I did was explain the situation and ask if the difference could be applied to next months bill. So glad it happened with witnesses present because the situation was so unbelievable the reality gets lost in retelling. I have NEVER had someone in a professional capacity talk to me like that, much less with no apparent reason. I feel bad she had a bad day but that had no bearing on my policy.

Had her do my taxes. She did them, which is fine. The problem is I forgot a tax form (I forgot…read moreabout it because it was never mailed to me) but I reached out to her to get a correction for my taxes. She said she would do it. Provided all the info to her, then proceeded to never reply to me again and never confirming to me if she ever put the tax form in. Reached out to her for MONTHS, yet no response what so ever. Offered to pay if there was payment required for her services. Still nothing, I just wanted it done because not filing something is a huge deal with the IRS. She didn't provide any info at the beginning of what I need to bring or have ready, nothing. Price is fine, she did the taxes but her prep for customers and customer service is quite poor. Seems to barely read her emails and barely responds and when she does it's days or even weeks late. This is poor customer service and could lead me to legal issues with the IRS if she said she would do it then proceeded not to do it. I have no idea. She never confirmed or replied to me, so safe to say she probably didn't since she didn't ask for payment even though she said she would and I provided her the docs.
