They were also able to re-use some of my stone which brought the cost down a little. They had an entire retaining wall with new steps done in less than a week, and it looks great. They also honored another local company's offer to plant two memorial trees next to the walkway at no cost, which I very much appreciated. I have been using Dooley for 8-10 years for both Spring and fall clean up services (weeding, mulch…read morebed clean-up, fresh mulch application in the Spring and leaf removal in the Fall). They do a phenomenal job -- my property always looks great afterward. In addition to the quality of the actual work, I have also found it easy to communicate and work with those in the scheduling department as well as management. Whenever I email them, I routinely get a response in 24 hours (and often times within the same day). And on the day of the work, someone in a supervisory/management role will typically be on hand to make sure everyone is on the same page before the work gets started (especially if I have a specific request or if something has changed from the previous season). It's things like that that will make me continue to use/work with Dooley in the future.
