Now, I had had a different drywall contractor come by and do some work for me before and he did an awful job (no names, sorry), so naturally I was a bit nervous about this situation. Especially considering that King's Peak had quoted me a much better price than the other guys. Obviously, I didn't need to worry at all. They did an amazing job on my walls, and they even took the extra time to smooth out some other spots nearby that needed some work. And they even took the time to fix the horrible job the last contractor did, at no extra charge at all! Afa updated the entire ceiling with a modern texture (old texture contained sand) and it looks like it was freshly installed. L&L Drywall did the drywall in my new home about 2 years ago…read more The good: They were quick and the texture looks great. The bad: I've never seen so many popped screw heads in my life. I understand you will always have a few, but there are hundreds throughout the house. I looks like they broke through the paper with each screw, and now each room in the house has at least a dozen popped screw heads, some rooms even more!! I would definitely not use them again. I'm having to re-screw, re-mud and re-paint almost every room in the house.
