A couple days later the backup started to happen again, so he came back out as he promised if everything didn't go well, and drained the line again. After asking him several times to come finish the job he repeatedly said he was coming at the end of the day in the texts but never came. After a text about involving a 3rd party to get him to finish the job he was paid to complete, he stopped accepting my texts and calls (blocked). I would not recommend this contractor to anyone because he does poor work and is not responsive to customers.
