We had our roof replaced because it was dated, weathered, and it had leaks that could have become much worse and been far more costly had they not been repaired properly. Our roof needed carpentry roof repairs in a few places too, which Darah did properly and professionally. Also, Jorge and his team installed four retractable skylights which was, at that time, not something they typically did; yet they coordinated the skylight order and did the skylight installation work professionally as well. And, their gutter work is good too. We're very happy with this work. I wanted to wait for winter to pass in order to review their work, to be sure the roof got a full winter of rain. We did not get a full winter of rain, however we did get a deluge in November and December of this past 2021 which was more than sufficient to exhibit the quality of Jorge's and the Darah's team's work. Darah Roofing's roof work has performed beautifully. The roof stood strong against some brutal rains and high winds without so much as a hiccup. Thank you Darah Roofing for a job well done. Ile, the owner, was super responsive and even did a same day site visit on his way home to give me an estimate. I found his prices to be competitive with other masonry companies I reached out to, but he was able to accommodate my project pretty quickly compared to the others since I was in a hurry to get this done within a certain timeframe. We hired Ile to do the work and he did not disappoint. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would do, all within a reasonable timeframe. He even noticed that our fence post was wobbly and offered to modify it slightly to accommodate the concrete and make it more secure. That also entailed him having to trim the fence gate, which wasn't in our contract, but he did it anyway as a courtesy, among other things. In short, he went above and beyond the scope of work we discussed in our contract. We would highly recommend Concrete Control. Don't let the few Yelp reviews deter you away from these guys. The quote they gave for the work was unbeatable. They showed up on time, wore masks, got the job done quickly despite weather setbacks. I'm happy with the driveway. I think they could have done better with the garage slab, there is some waviness in the concrete however it's sufficient especially for what I paid. I'm handy enough to fix with self-leveling concrete and I plan to tile it anyway. Only other drawback was I had to be more involved than I expected with ordering materials. Wasn't a problem since I was home but if I was at work and my wife had to deal with it, it could have been messy. Also they should have included sealing the driveway as part of the original quote, even it meant a higher price. I did it myself. Solid work though for an excellent price. I have already recommended them to several neighbors.

HER insurance company, State Farm, refused to come to my house to access the damage and provide the repair/rebuild estimate. They said it was MY responsibility to contact the different companies and send in the estimates. It was a very frustrating 3 month long experience making calls to over 20 companies : 16 of them declined visiting my property; the 4 companies came but didn't follow up with any estimate. Fortunately on my 21th call to another company, I was referred to Tony Gonzalez at Calsystem Restoration Services for help. After listening to my situation and reviewing the pictures I sent, Tony met at my house to inspect the damage and offered his insights. Within a week Tony was able to provide the insurance company with the detailed estimate and supporting documentations needed to rebuild my kitchen. My claim was settled shortly afterwards. I can't say enough good things about Tony. He was very professional, detailed-oriented and honest. I highly recommend Tony and his company.

Daniyar Tuyakbayev (from Aesthetic Metals or Glass Railing Doctor) visited my house in January 2022, collected $8,500 (half of the total estimate) to order the glass panels for my deck railing, and promised 2-4 weeks to completion in writing. Since then he has not started the work, blaming supply chain issues with the glass industry but refusing to provide any proof that the glass panels have actually been ordered. I am filing a complaint to the county attorney's office to investigate a possible fraud. I will provide updates to this post if there is any progress, and would be happy to retract this review if the work actually gets done or when I get refunded. But if you still see this post, it means that the work hasn't gotten started, I'm still $8,500 down, and please don't fall for a possible fraud.

In addition rust is already showing through the painted steel they installed. Some bolts are missing and the gate lock doesn't work or fit the gate frame. We have had the remedial work quoted by another contractor. They quoted $3,700 to paint the railings and 'make good' the unfinished work. We have tried to contact Dan Tuyakbayev of Aesthetic Metals several times. He said he would finish the work. He agreed its of poor quality and not finished. He has failed to complete the work, contact us or turn up. This has gone on for months and is deeply frustrating. We have requested a refund several times. He has not refunded us or completed the work. Some of his email replies have been threatening, untrue and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
