WOW! Mark did an absolutely fantastic job on my car through a full internal and external detailing! My car was in really bad condition -- parked outside, covered in dust, debris, and no internal cleaning or hand wash done in years. Mark made it look brand new! For the first time, I could see through my windshield and windows clearly like never before - quite a phenomenon! Everything from the inside cup holders, to the windows and tires was spotless and sparkling. I gave my car an early Christmas treat with The Works Full Detail at Fine Lines Corporate Auto Spa, located at 300 First Stamford Place. Mark, the owner, did a fantastic job. My car gets regular hand car washes (at a different service) but the paint was starting to look very dull and hazy. After a few hours in Mark's good hands, the car looked showroom new, inside and out! Be sure to call to make an appointment. The car wash/spa is located in Level B2 of the Hilton parking garage--once you enter the garage, just follow the green signs for the car wash. Security may have to buzz you in at the gate when you get to Level B2. Then go straight across the parking lot until you see a brightly lit area--your beacon. At pickup time, set your map/walking/rideshare coordinates to E&Y (Ernst & Young) in (Building) 300 which is at the opposite end of the complex from the hotel. Tell the person at the front desk you're there to pick up your car from the car wash and take the elevator down to B2. After you pay Mark, go hug your shiny car! read more

Mark's detailing is nothing short of amazing! He recently performed magic on our 2006 VW Beetle convertible -- it looked like it just came out of the showroom. He cleaned every nook and cranny of the car and made the entire car spotless; he used his steamer on the convertible top and made that spotless, too. A great value indeed. read more

The location was a little difficult to find, but once you find it, you will not be disappointed! If Yelp allowed me to give more than 5 stars, I 100% would. The service was absolutely amazing and I will probably never go to a drive-through wash again. I got a full service (rugs steamed/washed, etc.) for my BMW, which only took 3 hours & was very reasonably priced. No strong-smelling products were used, no streaks were left on windows/surfaces, floor mats were not wet when the car was returned, no oily/slippery feeling on steering wheel, and if you left items in the car, they were placed right back where they were found. Location: With COVID, as you drive into the Hilton Hotel, someone should be taking your temperature. Just ask where the car wash is, but if they are unsure, just drive along the path, until you see the big blue board titled "Hilton". Take a left there & you will see 2 parking structure options (1 says Employee only). Take the one that curves downward and you'll begin to see green signs that say "car wash" - keeping driving down to level B2. If you're lost, just call Marc and he's very helpful; he'll come up to help you. Marc is incredibly professional - can call and/or text. Would highly recommend, esp if you live near the Stamford area! read more

I highly recommend Fine Lines. My car's exterior & interior was super dirty from the weather, mud, and my golden retriever hair and mud splattered after a messy hike. Mark did another phenomenal job for me. He brought my 2008 Acura TSX back from 4 years of neglect during my son's college education. Car was covered with bird poop and tree sap and Mark got it all out. It looks just like it did 4 years ago. This is the 4th or 5th time Mark has worked on the TSX or the TLX always does a great job. He takes real pride in his work. Something that's in short supply today. Only downside is the location - the garage is a true labyrinth - still tough to find after a number of trips. I did get lost finding it (shop is located on the B2 level of 300 First Stamford Place underground parking garage).. Unconventional but obviously tailored to those who work in that plaza. I called Mark, lost, and he ran up and took me down to the shop so friendly! They got my car looking and smelling like new again and even got pretty much all of my Frenchie's dog hair that was floating around.. and that stuff does NOT want to come up!! read more

I've been using Mark for my detailed car wash since last year. The convenience to have my car dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon is perfect. Fine Lines is conveniently located in my company building so even better. I'm a big advocate for small businesses as they are more personable and appreciate your business more. Mark is very professional and personable. He remembers his clients and the cars they drive. Does a great job at detailing my car. I typically go in for the super wash for $27 and he handwashes and cleans the interior as well as my mats. I really have no complaints. I have been working in Stamford for a while now, and I am fortunate to have Fine Lines in my company building. This business is excellent. I drop my car off in the morning, and the staff has several options from which to choose, anything from a basic car wash to the works (wash, wax, wheels, vacuum, etc). They also do small things like an oil change. They even call you in the late afternoon (when your car is done), so that you can pick it up well before you leave the office. I have used this business several times, and every time - they have been spectacular. Very reasonably priced, too. I would definitely recommend them. read more
