My car was long overdue for a car wash so I stopped by classic 3-D car wash and was very happy with the service here! This was my first time and the prices weren't bad. Came during the week and didn't have to wait. When I noticed there were some spots that needed extra vacuuming, the attendance went back to vacuum it more which I was thankful for. I went in to have my rims detailed and windows cleaned and they refused. Not even a discussion about a price. The guy just said, we don't detail rims. (It says they detail on their company description) So I said, okay, can you just wash the rims then, to which he replied, "we don't do that" while looking at me like I was asking him a trick question LOL But, they'll wash your whole car, windows and rims. Classic 3D Car wash can be a hit or miss. I've been quite a few times and more often than not, it's been a pretty shoddy job. However, I made my review four stars instead of three because my most recent visit (yesterday) was a positive one. I did the deep into or clean (includes outside wash, shampooing of carpets and seats, etc) and added the Rain-X. It was $130 for all but it was a dirty car for sure. My fiancé also got his car washed when he went to pick me up (basic $30 wash) since my car was going to take about 3 hours. When we were told his car was ready, I immediately noticed the streaks on his windows and all of the dirt in his carpets and seats. It's like they didn't even vacuum the inside and they used a dirty cloth on his windows. As for my car, it looked brand new! I wish I took before photos because the inside was immaculate after the deep clean. I've done a deep clean here before but the previous time was not as good (still saw dirt in the car). This place is really a hit or miss but because my car was SO much better, I gave it 4 stars. This place is more like a 2 or 3 in general. I guess it goes to show that the more money you spend here, the better the work. read more

I went to the local car wash expecting fast, efficient service and, above all, good customer service. However, there was one guy in particular who had a very rude attitude. He was even staring at another female customer in a creepy way and making disrespectful comments about her. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time it upset me so much that I couldn't just stay silent. The car wash does offer good service, but I don't plan on coming back if I have to deal with someone with his attitude--or worse, I could be the next one to be harassed. I tried Classic 3D Car Wash today looking to have a basic exterior wash and have the inside vacuumed. I bought the $30 wash and can safely say they didn't even try to make it appear clean. They actually managed to make my interior windows dirtier now that they're covered in streaks from their dirty cloths. The windshield is still covered in spots, nothing has been vacuumed, and only the dashboard was wiped down (covered in hair though so...cool). I'm obviously not expecting a full detail job for $30, but I think they are just more concerned with getting as many cars through as quickly as possible, which is short sighted if you're hoping for repeat customers. It's frustrating that my windows are now dirtier than they were before so I have to get out the windex. Disappointing experience all around, won't make that mistake again. read more

I've been going to this Stamford car wash for years and thought I'd finally add a review. Located in a not so sexy area of Stamford the service is always reliable and detail oriented. Several washers tend to each car in an orderly and fast fashion. Some of the staff I've recognized for years so hopefully they are treated and paid well. The owners appear to be a wife/son team of Eastern European decent. While not overly friendly, they are not unfriendly either and very respectful and reliable. The value is good. I always get the 'Full Service' and while the prices go up once in a while it usually aligns with some upgrade at the car wash. I'm fine with this. For a time they were showing Fox News on the television in the waiting area which I could certainly do without. I don't care to know the owners politics and thankfully the television is usually on local news 12. There are other car washes around the city of Stamford but I find this one fast, affordable and reliable. read more

They did a decent job with my car.I paid $42 for handwashing of my car. Car was clean, the job took around 45 mins, the people were okay.

They did a pretty good job actually cleaning my car. It wasn't really much of a wait on a sunny Saturday afternoon which was nice. They do take Apple Pay, which I love. The lady working the counter was very nice, helpful and friendly as it should be in a customer facing position. This would have been a better review. The only thing is they left a lot of water on the car that the dryer didn't dry up and their pricing/packages isn't that competitive with some of the other car washes in the area. I would however, recommend going and I will be back personally. read more

I'd give this place a 3.5 if I could. It was pretty much what you'd expect from a car wash in a small city. It was a bit more expensive than it should have been at $65 for a full "detailing". The benefits are you can just walk right up and not schedule the downside is that it's just a mediocre experience. All in all I may be back. read more

Best car wash in STAMFORD and they stand by their work. If they miss a spot or didn't get all the dirt from your trunk - they'll take care if it immediately! I had a watermelon explode in my car a few summers ago. They were the only ones able to help me with the smell! read more

So, I have been on a search for a decent carwash, for those times when I need to get my car washed. I still had a bunch of snow/salt on and in my car from our trip up to Toronto and back, and I wanted to get a decent deep clean so that the interior stayed nice. This place isn't going to win any awards if you're looking at the exterior. The paint is peeling and sun faded, but once you pull your car up, there are helpful people and a easy menu of options. I did the add-on of having my floor mats cleaned. I left my car, and went into the waiting area. You can watch the whole process going on as you wander over to the cashier. It's pretty standard, with all the soaps and whirring wheels and whatnot. They have a hand dry and a pretty detailed crew - they spotted all the salt drips on the door and took care of it. It was all around a pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be back. read more

Not only were the guys talking about me in Spanish and English (saying how my fair skin would be so soft), one of the guys says "You are beautiful" as he's walking away from my car. Was rude to be hit on at a car wash at 8am. I just started going back after 10-15 years. Then come to fine out they lost my passenger factory weather car mat. I called the next day to tell them the mat was not put back and the guy said he watched the video and saw them put mats back. Yes, the cloth mats under, not the weather mat for the passenger side. Told me to come see the video but I already knew if they had my mat, they would have put it aside for me. Like I would make something like that up? I have to pay $80 for a pair now. This car wash has been around for awhile and have used them in the past. Took my car to get cleaned, internally and externally minus the trunk area. Outside was decent, nothing spectacular. But the inside was not cleaned to satisfaction or for the price I paid for. Mats were untouched and still dirty, dirty spots that I wanted gone were still there on the console, door, side paneling, vacuuming the console area didn't even happen at all considering there are still crumbs within the crevices... They're wiping but not really cleaning. I ended up recleaning and wiping post leaving here. I know I didn't pay for a DETAIL job but I did pay for a cleaning job and I got half of that. I don't think I'll go back here as the attention to detail or cleaning in general lacks substantially. Pretty standard pricing for cleaning in and out of the car but I would want almost all of it at least wiped and gone over at least once. read more

My red Chevy Cruze and the birds are enemies like the Hitchcock film every time I park under a tree on street. CT and NYC area prices can be nuts, but it was either risking paint damage from the wrath of the robin squadron. Opted for the super wash, plus CT tax it came just north of 20 USD. Went early on a Saturday morning to avoid the line, and was pretty amazed at the job they did. Beautiful shine, clean windows, and awesome customer service for your money. Usually i just drive thru an express wash and i take care of the interior by myself, but i wasnt in the mood of vacuuming and wiping everything down myself. Ive driven by this place almost everyday and thought i would give it a try. They were completely dead as it seemed like i was the only customer, but i wasnt sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing. I talked to the service writer and i told him what i was looking for and he recommended the Full Wash which was $17.99. I went for it to give it a try. It didnt take long at all till they were done which is always good when youre in a hurry. But after seeing the results i was slightly disappointed. The interior wasnt as clean as i liked and there was a few spots on the outside that was missed. Id give them another chance if i come across a coupon or discount of some kind. read more

I was told my roof rack would be safe but it was ripped off and destroyed. Unfortunately I didn't realize until I got home so essentially the attendance knew it was removed but never said anything....steeling?! Hmm. I had to go back the next day & they never said sorry or offer to replace it , they just blamed me & said they would never replace it because they did nothing wrong. The first time I went they did a good job, I was happy to have found a place that was good and affordable. Unfortunately I've been back twice after and they didn't do the best job- I had to point out spots on my car, the inside wasn't as throughly cleaned either. I went through the car wash on Wed June 2nd and 15 minutes later my back tire was flat, with a large razor blade sticking out of the tire. After changing the tire, I went directly back to 3D and spoke to the manager "John". I showed him my tire and he refused to take any responsibility, he wouldn't even refund my money or give me a credit. "You cant prove it happened here." and "Thats not the type of razor blades we use here". Actual quotes! He even attempted to look up my car's entrance on the security cam footage, to prove I had arrived with a blade sticking out of my tire! Seriously? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. There are other car washes in the area, I recommend going elsewhere. If you choose to patronize this business, check your car carefully before leaving. Disappointed after reading previously good reviews. Expected the bugs on the front of the car would be cleaned off but not the case. Also many water spots left on the car despite hand drying. Visiting family in the area. My regular car wash does a better job for a third of the price. read more

They screwed with my car so badly, they had to keep the car overnight and call the dealer the next day to figure out what they screwed up and how to fix it...which they didn't really do. Save your money, and your sanity, and don't trust this place with anything you value. They hid the truth from me, then they tried to pass it off like everything was A-OK, then they lied when confronted about it...you really want to trust the people who you're leaving your car with, and with these people it was lies stacked upon lies...and the work they did was grade B- at best. BEWARWE!!! I once gave this car was a decent review--HOWEVER, they are now offering services that they don't even provide! I went to get the Buff & Shine wax. They waited to car was on the tracks to tell me that the Buff & Wax guy "just left" because of an emergency. I got there at 3pm and they close at 5:30. Really!? I don't buy it! That guy probably was never there! If you can't give the service you're advertising--then it's a sham. The lady's attitude at the counter was very nasty too.
