I wish the learning content was a little more culturally inclusive from time to time but not a huge issue. The staff have been great, Ms. B, Ms. Amy, and Ms Nancy have been especially helpful. They really go above and beyond in making the school experiences magical and fun for the kiddos. If you're looking for a place your child will learn and be safe, they are great. It's not the cheapest in the area but other than that, I would recommend.

The last 3 weeks was horrible. He didn't want to go school any more and running out of the classroom. 2 incidents happen where he was hurt. According to The teacher's report, he was slapped so hard that his nose bled and another incident where he his face was cut by a "plant". When we asked what happened, the answers were inconsistent. They have cameras and when we asked to review footage. We was told that it doesn't record. At this point, we didn't feel like it was a safe place for our child. Also most of the staff first language is not English. We needed help translating during our first teacher parent conference. We removed our child immediately. The whole thing was suspicious to us.

Both me and my husband are working parent and this came in as a shock and had no idea what to do. After doing some research and visited a few schools in a matter of days we decided to go with primrose. While they didn't necessarily had the space at the moment they were able to make an exception based on our situation. Is it an expensive school? Yes, very expensive to be honest. However , the level of education and care he received was unmatched. I do truly think they care about their kids and the quality is very high. As we now transition to elementary school I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone.

Daily, Dominic would show us something he learned at school, and we would be amazed how early on he knew his numbers, colors, the entire alphabet, and even the days of the week. I imagine at 20 months these are accomplishments and it's all due to Vanessa and Vivian. To any parent reading this, make sure you get Vanessa for your child. Almost more important that the education they provided, was hearing my son on the entire drive in say "Nessa" and I miss "Nessa" will forever be priceless. Dominic would run from the car right into the classroom and jump in Vanessa arms. It was magical the connection she had with him. She loves Dominic and Dominic adores her. Vanessa will never know just how truly amazing she is. Dropping off my son could have been nerve racking for a parent, but not with Vanessa. My son looked forward to seeing her every day. My wife picks up Dominic would often mention how amazing Vivian is. Now Dominic has moved up in a classroom but Vivian still sneaks out of her room to say bye to him every day. Several times my son has come home with missing socks, bruises and scratches, a bust lip and it was never explained no one ever has a clue as to what goes on among the children. I've caught them (teachers, and the admin staff) several times talking negatively about students, parents, and enticing awkward social situations between children for their own entertainment which I assumed were isolated situations. Its understandable that ( untrained ) kids get rough especially when sharing toys but this is another story. I get a call ( I didn't get a call the first time my son burst his lip) that my son burst his lip at school. It's explained to me that another child "pushed" my son and he fell and busted his lip (same story as the first time). They tell me that the child that pushed him is "special needs" and they are going to talk to the parents. I go to the school to see my son and see no signs of a burst lip, what I see instead is my son's face looking like it was mauled by a wild animal with scratches deep and shallow all over his face, on both his cheeks, across his nose and in the cavities of his eyes as if someone had attacked him steadily and repeatedly. I ask every single teacher in the school if they were there and if they knew what happened. ONLY ONE "teacher" admitted to being there and she tells me that she has no idea what happened she just saw my son sitting by himself in a corner alone looking upset with his head down so she went over to him and noticed that he had blood on his shirt. MY SON ENDURED A BRUTAL ATTACK AND WAS LEFT TO SIT THERE AND BLEED ALL DOWN HIS SHIRT (see picture) ALONE UNTIL SOMEONE NOTICED HIM. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE FACILITY AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO EVERY AGENCY POSSIBLE.

No one knew where or how it happened. Later that night I noticed bruises on his stomach, legs and arms which is normal for a boy so I decided to see how the following week played out before changing him. Again his first day back this week and he comes home with nail marks on his arm and no one at the school knows who or when that happened. Today as I go to take my son a bath he has a bite mark on his arm which I didn't see because I sent him to school in a long sleeve shirt to avoid more possible nail marks. Luckily I found him a new school and he will no longer be attending. These kids are clearly not being watched which is these teachers only job in the hours I pay for my son to be in their care. Please take your kid elsewhere. I do appreciate the two girls in the front office. One was nice enough to try and console my son and the other tried rewinding the cameras to try and see what happened. But as my son would be in the care of the teachers who didn't seem too concerned when I showed my sons injuries I refuse to let him stay in this school.
