She was so helpful and made suggestions regarding size and colors we wouldn't have normally considered but, so happy she did as we went with many of them. We also ordered a custom master king size bed where we were able to choose every detail and she helped us every step of the way. It's gorgeous!! Everything turned out perfectly. They offer a wide selection of accessories, artwork, and furnishings for your home. They have a main design showroom along with the attached warehouse that has reduced merchandise. Both spaces have an assortment of everything that you would want. If you weren't on a budget it would be easy to fill up your car to the brim and want to take just about everything home. Prices seemed competitive and vary depending based on what you're looking. We happened to walk into the warehouse on a day when items were 30 to 50 percent off! And I've loved all purchases in the past. The last two visits were not great. Employees have been focused on tasks and talking amongst themselves. Little interaction with customers and giving off that annoyed reaction. In retail, it's beneficial to be friendly to customers. These customers return again and again. Today I came into the store with some clothing to consign. When I walked in, I was greeted with a snear from an employee and a "Do you have an appointment?" greeting. Not "Hello" or some other welcoming greeting. I did not have an appointment and didn't know this new rule. She could have them stated that they now only accept consignments on Thursdays and Saturdays by appointment. (Today is a Thursday btw). Making a customer feel inconvenienced or just being rude makes Turnstyle look bad. I'm disappointed that my fav store has changed. I no longer recommend.

Her response (as she turns her back and walks away from me) was "I don't know, 30 minutes maybe, we're really backed up right now." Seriously? So I decide leave and check back in 2 hours. My items had been reviewed, even though I didn't receive the text message. They tell me my crock pot was broke. (Which is definitely is not) and they had hid one of my items under the counter and when I asked where it was, they reluctantly dug it out from behind some pictures. The workers had no response to my complaints about rude service and the younger woman continued to look at the floor and ignore me. Don't waste your time!
