We shopped here pre-armed with what outdoor furniture we were looking for and the outdoor space we wanted to furnish. Products are high quality. Cushions and cloth high quality and well made. We bought the Grand Palma collection loveseat, and 2 swivel gliders along with 2 Adirondack swivel chairs, a couple throw pillows and an outdoor matching rug. The sales associate, Wendy, was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Tracey in the delivery side was also very helpful and accurate managing the white glove delivery and setup of our purchase. Craig, actual delivery person and his associate were great. Timely notice of delivering to us, prompt, courteous and great unpacking and setup. Damaged goods that were passed off to me as new. The delivery crew was a joke. when my delivery came, instead of two guys delivering, there was a lady helping to deliver and couldn't manage the items through the door and scratched my stuff. She was very raunchy looking with tattoos all over neck! Not to mention I saw filthy pads all over my brand new furniture! This is white glove delivery? Never will buy from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! Owners are crazy!! Owners bought a container of damaged goods and we were sold a set from the container as new. When it arrived damaged, we refused the shipment. Both owners, Kim and husband both called and berated us for not knowing it came in damaged. Tried to say the extra covers (different color all together) we sold with the set to compensate for the damaged one. One big problem: we were never told we were getting damaged ones. We were told we were getting two complete sets of cushions. Sales lady at Osprey location was so sweet. Her owners never told her that she was selling damaged merch. Text string with sales lady is attached. Feel so bad for sales lady but these owners are BAD people. They claim they are doing US a favor by making my wife jump in a car, drive down their paperwork that they didn't take back when they took the furniture back in order to get our money back. On December 7, 2020, we placed a deposit on two chairs and a table that was supposed to be delivered to us in about 6 weeks. Well it is now almost 12 weeks later and we have no order. I've called numerous times. The store won't answer any questions and asks me to call the warehouse. The warehouse puts me on hold for long periods and then comes back and says "We don't know where your order is. The manufacturer is not available." I've been transferred to supervisors and left messages and am never called back So far customer service has been awful. If we don't receive our order in the next few days, we will dispute our charges for the deposit with the credit card company and just cancel this order. There are many other patio furniture stores in Sarasota. I would try the others first, because this one is not very good. read more

We worked with Tony Meola at the Sarasota store. I must admit I had visited the store a few days before and was not happy with the salesperson who came up to me. She was not helpful at all, not particularly friendly, and seemed to be quite unfamiliar with the products. I left and did not intend on going back, however my husband suggested he accompany me and this time Tony helped us. He was terrific! Clearly knowledgeable, offered great input/suggestions, professional, straightforward and funny too. We actually had a good time and ended up buying over $6K worth of Woodard patio furniture. Here's the bottom line --- my wife and I waited 3-4 weeks for our product to be delivered only to be told on the phone today that THEY DON'T SELL THAT PRODUCT. They did, however offer to refund our money which I thought was stupid-clever as it would save them the public blemish of losing in small claims court --- BUT HERE WE ARE IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION. So, to summarize; 4 weeks' wait, company does not offer what they sell, and they'll return our money. My conclusion is one word, "INSANE!" It started bad and ended worse. My husband and i went into the store and was welcomed by John. After being in the store for 10 minutes he told us we had to put on a mask and I said no. I proceeded to go into another room and he told me I would not be interested in anything in there, its the higher end room. We had been moving so we were dressed down but still...we left. I went back the next day to take a picture of the set i wanted and i ended up telling a salesperson who had me talk to the owner Mark. He asked me if i was the person who wrote the awful review and I said no and he said are you sure...the situation is almost identical to the reveiw that was posted. I told him, if I wrote it I would take credit for it. He apologized and i ordered chairs..it was going to take 8 weeks. The chairs were delivered on 10/22 and I realized the cushions were wrong, called store and Tony told me to bring them back. I asked if i could take the ones on display and he said no, called corporate who is the owners wife. She told him to tell me to bring the cushions to her (1/2 hr away) and it would take 3 weeks, 4 weeks if she picked them up at the store. I am the buyer and yet i had to be inconvenienced. I took them and when i tried to explain what happened she kept cutting me off and raising her voice. I gave her the cushions and told her not to send them until I talked to my CC company bc after the way i was treated I did not want to give them a penny of my money.She started begging me..please please don't do this and then proceeded to tell me I can't do that, that i will end up paying in the end by check since I had to take them.She would not take no for an answer. I left, called Chase and filed a dispute..I called her and told her secretary not to send the cushions that i don't want them and 4 hours later Kim calls and says its too late, they are on the truck. That made matters even worse. She kept calling and telling me that I had to take them, I had to hang up on her. I called Tony to try to drop off the chairs and he said he could not give me any documentation that i was bringing them back. A month and 1/2 later and I just got notified that I won the dispute and I was refunded my total amount. I still have the chairs here and don't want them but I am certainly not going to contact them to take them. This has been the worse shopping and customer service experience I have ever had.. If they picked up the cushions, apologized or tried to make it right somehow, I probably would have waited for the cushions to be fixed. Every step of the way it just seemed to get worse instead of Mark and Kim trying to make it right. There is defintely nice furniture in the store but believe me...what I had to go through..waiting the 8 weeks for the furniture and then almost 2 months for the dispute and now have no patio furniture...When you go to buy furniture there...think about if you want to risk something like this! i posted this review on google and the owner Mark responded and said everything i put was a lie and there was no dispute..if anyone wants the truth before doing business here, write me a message and i will send paper work for dispute from Chase bank and the message how I won! read more

We ordered over $2,000 in patio furniture in January 2021 and were told it was going to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It is now over 7 months later and we still don't have our furniture. Every month they tell us it will be next month. The location in Bradenton where we ordered to furniture won't look into it themselves and tell us there is nothing they can do and give us another number to call. The lady at the warehouse is rude and acts like she could care less. Terrible read more

We bought a patio chair that we paid 1100 dollars for that broke while my son was sitting in two months later. I called the store and they had me call the warehouse. I sent pictures of the chair and was advised they had no way of knowing how long a replacement if the manufacturer deemed it appropriate would take. A new chair came a month later and I was told I could pick it up or pay for delivery. Really??? We chose to pick it up and when we did they said we had to bring the broken chair in. So two trips. The chair had only been welded on the top side. The new one had been double welded so the original was defective. At no time did anyone apologize to me for the inconvenience or even express concern that my son could have been injured. read more

Why would you go anywhere else? That was the question that Bruce (our salesman) asked me on my first trip here and boy is he right. The very first store that me and my wife stopped in was Patio Factory Supercenter, but we didn't stop there. We went to three other stores that very same day and the following day we went back and purchased from Bruce. We ordered a dining set and a cushioned sofa set for our lanai that day. Bruce told us it would start being manufactured for us and will take approximately 4 weeks. Sure enough we got a call about 4 weeks later from their in house delivery department. We scheduled it and the guys came for the "White glove delivery". My wife and I are very happy with the furniture that we picked out, it's real comfortable. If I ever move and need new outdoor furniture I would absolutely go back here. I have recommended this company to my neighbors and a few of them have already ordered and been satisfied with great new furniture like I have. read more

One of the Worst experiance I have ever had. I spoke to rep about a set advertised on their site, and was told to call back the next day for a price. When i did the next person I spoke to rudely stated "it didn't matter what I was told he wasn't aware of it, and he couldn't give me a price." I cannot sufficiently convey in this review what an ass the person I spoke to was. If he answers their phone and reps their business, they are not worth a second thought. The local store does nothing to stand up for the quality of product it sells. We ordered a love seat, ottoman and two swivel chairs on April 4, 2016. The sales person, Bruce, informed us that it would be between 2 to 4 weeks to receive the furniture, as standard, no guarantee on that time frame. We placed a 50% deposit down and $75 for White Glove Delivery. We received the love seat and ottoman on April 15, 2016 and the delivery people set up the furniture and removed all the tags and bindings that were attached. We called in June to ascertain the status of the remainder of our order. We were informed that the manufacturer was behind and we would receive it sometime in July. The 1st week of July we stopped in the store and spoke with our original sales person. He apologized and checked on the status of the delivery, now 3 months from the original order date. He indicated that he would speak to the owner on our behalf to see if some type of consideration could be obtained, due to the lengthy wait. We got a call on July 11 that it would be delivered on July 12. At the time of the call, we inquired if the company would compensate us in some way due to the extremely lengthy delay. We were informed by the office manager, that since it's not their fault, blaming the manufacturer, no adjustment would be forthcoming. However, they indicated no charge for the additional delivery would be incurred. We do not view this as a fair adjustment, as we had already paid for the full delivery of all items at time of purchase. The furniture was delivered midday July 12th, but minus the cushions. Office staff volunteered to drop off the cushions after work hours. This occurred in the early evening. We then had the responsibility to remove the cushions from the plastic delivery bag, cut all tags and set up the cushions despite having paid for WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY!!!! Due to these circumstances we will not purchase from this business again. Three months for patio furniture is an exceptionally long time to wait and the lack of a proper delivery was disappointing. read more

We were shopping for a sectional and visited several stores before choosing the Malibu model. Bryan, the salesman was fine. We picked out our fabric and were told it would take about 3 weeks. Our phone number was recorded incorrectly so when we did not hear after 3 weeks we called them, corrected the phone number and scheduled a delivery date. When the furniture was delivered we were told that the two end (arm) pieces had been damaged and would not be delivered for a further 3 weeks. We weren't happy as the sectional was not functional without them. When we didn't hear anything for another 3 weeks we called and were told that the end pieces had arrived but were the wrong frame color. We were told it would take another 5 weeks to get those. At no point was there any apology for the inconvenience. We told them that if we couldn't get the end pieces in the next few days they could come and remove the pieces that had been delivered and we would dispute payment with Visa. Later that day they called back to tell us that they had taken the end pieces from another customer's order and would deliver them that week. We now have our set 2 months after the initial order and we are happy with it. We hope that the set will have no problems as we have no confidence in their customer service. read more
