Kenneth, the owner, spent an hour with us, helping us to pick out the new furniture, along with the fabric. You could really tell how proud he was of his product, which he has made in his own factory. Four days after ordering, the furniture was ready, and it was delivered the next day. Kenneth and his nephew even delivered it themselves. The workmanship is great, and both pieces were reasonably priced and are super comfortable! You will be impressed with the both quality and comfort. But the SERVICE... Wow!!! It's unheard of in this day and age. King's will be our first stop for anything furniture related in the future.

Manufacturer warranty per Badcock's policy covers the repair. Called the store and was given an appointed time for repair person to come to our home and fix it. Spent the entire appointed day waiting, repair person never called to confirm, never showed in the day, was a Friday. Called store Monday to ask why I waited all day and no one showed? Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks. Will also report this to my leadership on base to issue a warning to fellow military personnel and if it's not addressed professionally by the manager I will seek to have the business black listed.
