Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks.
