Teresa was very easy and friendly to deal with in the office. She knows her stuff and has a good sense of humor to boot! Jim came out to do the work and was friendly, very knowable and easy to work with. It was a muddy mess, and there were risers added to the tanks which made the pump swap-out much more difficult. He did everything in stride, never complained, was efficient and did a great job. I work in construction so I can honestly say he did it right. When he was all done, he still had some room on the truck so he pumped out the solids tank at our accessory building as well. Their pricing was very fair and upfront. Not the cheapest quote I got, but they also didn't nickel and dime and showed up when they said so I didn't have to take a full day off work. In addition the pump they supplied is of very high quality, and well respected as a pump with a reputation for long service life. Thanks guys, you are well deserving of receiving this review!

Needed an inspection and certification for a home sale and called Duane's after using them for…read morepumping before. The person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was friendly and responsive. Jim (the owner) came out and did the pumping and tank inspection. The tanks didn't have an inspection manhole so Jim had to dig and install two. Totally unexpected, Jim had most of what he needed and had the rest delivered immediately to get the job done, all within about 2 hours! Unfortunately I've only used them for this pump and inspection and one previous pump but I highly recommend the new buyer (and anyone else reading this) to trust a very critical piece of you home to them. From start to finish, it was a 100% positive experience!

So we happened to call Ende Septic, llc, out of Rogers Minnesota, because their website indicated that they do 24/7 work. They promptly got in touch with us and troubleshot the problem via text and said they would have someone arrive the next morning between 8:30-9:00am. The next morning the technician arrived promptly at 8:30 and he was professional, knowledgeable, and nice! He found and fixed the problem (float switch) quickly and put things back better than he found them. It is such a breath of fresh air to get service like that. We will DEFINITELY be using them as our septic company next time we need routine service or if an emergency arises again. And this is NOT a paid or promotional review. I want people to know when there is a great company out there and these guys exhibit this!

This company did a septic repair for us recently. I would recommend staying away from them. The…read morework was not completed as promised. The yard is now a disaster area. The yard is an acre, and about half of that is now in need of major repair. They didn't seed the mound or the areas that they destroyed.(they literally threw a handful of seed here or there). The mound is so steep on one side that we are trying to figure out how we're going to cut it. They had leftover sand and rather than take it with them, they just spread it out in a four inch layer that now has to be removed in order to grow any grass there again. They tried to cut corners wherever possible. Tried to use the twenty year old pump rather than a new one. These people are not the easiest or the most pleasant to deal with. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG THUMBS DOWN IN MY BOOK!!!!!!!!

Jake and the entire team at Northside was extremely patient, communicated very well, and were among the most cost effective installers out there. They consistently went above and beyond for us. We ran into the inevitable bumps along the way related to city ordinances and they took it upon themselves to help navigate the approval process, permits, etc. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up and even left our property in better shape than how they found it, which is rare with contractors these days. We had some outdoor fascia trim that had rotted in some places, and had peeling paint in others. The parts on the second floor were notably harder to get to. We ran into a busy time for First Choice Handyman, so it took a few weeks to get on their schedule. However, it was definitely worth waiting for. Presly and Darius arrived when scheduled, cut out the trim portions that needed replacement and replaced them, painted these new pieces and any sections needing some additional painting, and finished in less time than originally estimated. So, the final price ended a little less than quoted! Kelsey started handling scheduling and communications more recently, and her responsiveness has been fantastic. We recently had them out to do a multitude of smaller repairs, and they were quick, thorough, and efficient. Definitely a winner!
