No one showed up, no one called. They called at 2am. He has to get up at 5. He had caught an Uber to his place and was sleeping. I was issued a flight credit, good for one year. Basically, for trusting the word of this company, I just lost $464.70. I will not trust AAA for anything, not even their promise to be there if I need Road Side Assistance.
