They rescheduled an appointment for me because they couldn't get in touch with my insurance to verify that I was covered and they didn't want me to have to spend any money out of pocket. The first thing they did once I got there was give me a tour and explain how they sanitize their equipment! They instantly built a lot of trust. The staff is extremely nice, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentist herself. My hygienists spent a lot of time answering questions and walking me through everything that she was doing. I haven't had this good of a dental experience in quite a while.

They have been nothing but kind and easy to work with! They were able to see my right away and I've been back for a follow-up appointment/cleaning since my initial appointment regarding pain. The dentist and staff pay great attention to detail and I feel like they actually listen to me (plus, they are unbelievably kind)! The actual office is nice and clean. They are working with my insurance to see what can be done about costs but also very good about explaining my upfront costs. I would highly, highly recommend!

This place is amazing, and Dr. PeyRay really cares about people as individuals, not just as…read moreclients. That level of care emanates through the whole staff. Several years ago, I was bullied into getting updated dental work done by another dental office. They made changes to my smile that I didn't ask for (and I still hate looking at). They also did a terrible job and I had to get an implant a couple of years later. I found My New Smile and he clearly explained to me my options and his recommendations, as well as came up with an interim solution that made me feel confident in public during the process. Unlike the other dentist, I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. And as someone that was uninsured at the time, the front desk staff informed me of options that allowed me to proceed without having too much of a financial burden. When I got my implant it was right around the time he was switching from using an outside lab to being able to do everything in-house. The fit of my implant was slightly off (which was normal) but rather than send it back, it was secure enough that I could wait until he had things set up to fix it in-house. I got busy and then the pandemic hit. During the pandemic I had to move across the country. Shortly after, some complications arose due to not getting to finish that last step. I found a dentist locally and Dr. PeyRay went really above and beyond working with them to come up with a solution that let them fix the implant instead of me starting over. He didn't have to do that and I am eternally grateful. I had a lot of bad experiences with dentists in Nashville, even beyond the ones that bullied me. I now have PTSD when it comes to dentists but everyone at My New Smile makes me feel safe and cared for. If I could fly back to Nashville for every cleaning I would.

I appreciated this because I was ready to spend tons of money and go through a procedure and if I had gone to another dentist they may have taken advantage of that. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. I'm also impressed that he's had training at Tufts in Boston. Being from Boston, I'm aware of how good a school that is and how few people get the opportunity to even go there.
