Because health insurance doesn't ever reveal to us how much MD's are actually charging for their services, we assume they are cheap or "free". They are not. They are very expensive. Top osteopaths like Dr. Cohen are healers, in the best sense of the word. They go through the same training, study, residency as MD's. But MD's can only test, diagnose, and give a prescription drug or surgery --the American way! Unless it's catastrophic ICU, I prefer being healed. I like to stay ahead of the game.
