When I later returned to retrieve my watch and my unsold jewelry, I was very surprised by how the situation was handled. I was told I was no longer welcome in the store, and despite repeated requests, I have still not received my watch or the remaining consignment jewelry back. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for a business I supported for so many years, but this experience has been deeply upsetting and disappointing.

It most certianly did NOT. Had it been, I would have asked for THAT to be repaired as well. This was my Fathers a 1958 Rolex that had been restored by RoliWorks 2 years ago and the bracelet customized to fit me better 1 year ago so the bracelet was in excellent condition. I returned the next day to let him know I was disappointed in the service. I asked if indeed the bracelet came in like that why didn't they let me know at the time of the quote and was told they didn't look at that part of the watch...WHAT?!? You're a master watch REPAIR , if a piece came in that needed repair wouldn't you point that out? That makes no sense. I was also told "we gave you a discount" okay , but what has that got to do with anything? You gave me a quote, if you chose to offer a discount that's on you, why bring it up after the transaction is complete? Ultimately the nothing was resolved, no offer to repair the bracelet was made other than to tell me it could be sent to RoliWorks for 700.00-800.00 dollars. I don't know what happened, seeing all the good reviews I had hoped to establish a relationship with On Time, but after this experience I can't recommend them.

DON'T GO HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my watch in simply to have a pin removed. The owner drops my watch on the floor which causes some stones to fall off it. He then says "Um, you have some pieces falling out for some reason..." I told him the pieces fell out because he dropped it. (He didn't think I saw him drop it.) Then he then tells me he can't pop the pin out now because the store is closing RIGHT NOW. I said "It takes 2 seconds to pop a pin out & you can't do it now? Unbelievable, you break my watch & then you won't even pop the pin out? That's no way to do business!" He then tells me I have to leave & says "Don't let the door hit you in the *** on the way out!" So, when I went back in there. Kevin hooked me up with a new watch band. While I waited for links to be taken out of that one. It's a BETTER band than what I had before. Plus, it's easier to get on and off. I told him I love this place. Because, it's small and personal.. I also like it because it's not like those big jewelry stores. I especially like that Kevin went the extra mile.. So, I could get my watch today. Even though there were problems with the old watch band. So, I ended up coming back this morning to pick it up.
