Patrick provided a very good inspection and report. The cost was very reasonable compared to the service and report provided. He was ahead of schedule, did not get in a hurry and went above and beyond in my opinion by walking the entire roof, checking the interior of a VERY hot attic and checking the crawlspace. He operated appliances, plumbing, checked every outlet, window, door etc. I was amazed at how thorough he was. The report was emailed to me and the real estate agent the same day. Hired Patrick Erb Home Inspection to Inspect our future retirement home on Smith Lake in Houston AL. He is very knowledgeable and spent most of the day at the property.
