The floors were in really rough shape. Some had been covered with glue. Some had sticky backing from parquet tiles. There were very poor repairs made in the past with wood that didn't match the size of the original. There were thousands of nail and staple holes. We were really skeptical they could be brought back. Scott was an amazing guide through the process and possessed great confidence about what could be done. He was able to schedule the work pretty quickly. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day.
